Great beach and activity location

My 2 kids (10 & 12) had a great stay. Close to the tram stop, pool and activities. Played tennis or pickleball in the mornings, biked each day to the beach, and enjoyed meals and games in the condo. Thanks for a great vacation.

Another fabulous stay at Sea Colony!

The condo was spotless when we checked in and had everything we needed for our beach week. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Bob was a great communicator and the whole experience was flawless. Will definitely be back.

Great place!

I've stayed in the Sea Colony for the past 4 years and find that it's a great place for a family vacation with older teens. This was was great. It was clean, had updated baths and kitchen and overall excellent condition. I would highly recommend.

Great beach condo

We had an excellent week at Sea Colony. The condo was clean when we arrived and the perfect space for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking easy. We loved having easy access to the pools and the beach of sea colony and easy to get to Bethany Beach for the boardwalk, mini golf, restaurants, etc. We hope to be back again!

They thought of literally everything!

We have stayed in several different locations in the Sea Colony West, East, Dewey Beach and Rehoboth. We have yet to stay at a condo so well equipped and organized as this one! We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Bob and Elaine are great hosts and care about making your stay the best it can be.

Convenient and Comfortable Beach Getaway

We rented Bob's place for a week-long beach vacation at Bethany. It is located in the Sea Colony community, which has great amenities including many pools, playgrounds, walking/biking trails and a free tram that will take you to the beach. The place was tucked away in a quiet corner of the community and we enjoyed listening to nature sounds while sitting outside on the spacious wrap-around patio. The place has plenty of space and all the needed amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and even some board games. Would definitely recommend!

Peaceful and very well maintained.

This home in Sea Colony was a wonderful place for our family of 5 to spend our vacation at the beach. The location was very close to the tram stop which was super convenient. It was very peaceful, located in the woods and away from any busy roads. The condo itself was obviously recently updated. The appliances were new, the furniture was clean and comfortable. The deck had plenty of furniture for lounging outside. We appreciate the care that was put into making our stay comfortable!

Great Family Getaway

This property was the perfect size for my family of 4. It had common spaces where we could enjoy a meal or play a game, but also plenty of bedroom space if we wanted to retreat to a quite space. The transportation to the beach was perfect with a stop right outside the front door. But, if you prefer the pool that is only steps away too! We will definitely be back!

Paradise!

Bob's condo was wonderful. Located a few steps from the pool and a short ride to the beach. It was well stocked with kitchenware. Bethany Beach is my all time favorite and it was a great getaway with my family.

Very nice place / exactly as advertised

Bob and Elaine were terrific hosts and made everything super simple for us. The amenities at Sea Colony and the condo itself were great for our needs and we had a very nice visit. We enjoyed the fitness center, the pool and the townhouse itself was lovely.

Wonderful condo and great location!

Owner was very attentive. There was a small tree that came down during a storm blocking the deck steps. Within an hour of notifying the owners there was a clean up crew on site. The unit is tastefully decoated and efficiently equipped.

This lovely condo is both neat and tidy while at the same time being comfortable and welcoming!

Our week- long stay at Bethany Beach was more wonderful than we had even hoped for, using this charming condo as our home for the week. It was incredibly clean, well organized, and offered a great location. We were able to walk to the tram with our two small grandchildren in about a minute, and they loved riding it to the beach! So convenient! Sea Colony is a beautiful place and we all enjoyed biking, swimming and playing at the playgrounds as well as going to the lovely, sandy beach! And when we were not doing one of those activities, we enjoyed our home away from home for rest, relaxation and just being together. The condo accommodated the six of us very well. Some of the things about it that we especially enjoyed were the screened porch ( where we enjoyed every meal!), the comfortable sofas and chair in the living room, the incredibly well-equipped kitchen, the efficient washer and dryer, and its first floor location, which made it so easy to come in and out often, especially with the little ones! Bob and Elaine were wonderful, thoughtful owners to work with. They made the rental process very easy and efficient and answered any questions that we had very promptly. Their attention to detail—- nightlights in the bathrooms, a drying rack in the corner of the porch for wet bathing suits and towels, a bucket of sand toys to use, extra quilts in the bedrooms, and a very sweet gift bag upon arrival filled with some often- forgotten necessities and some great information about the area——made our stay stress-free and oh so pleasant! We loved everything about Sea Colony itself and about this great condo. We all are hopeful for many more visits! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home, Bob and Elaine! You are terrific hosts!

Beautiful property - definitely would like to return

Such a beautiful, accommodating place to stay! We have spent every year at Bethany for the last 15 years - we would love to stay again in this unit. The location was great, it was very clean and all of the amenities are exactly what we needed!

Lovely condo with responsive owners

We have stayed in Sea Colony many times, and this condo was one of the nicest. It was a lovely well kept property with a beachy feel without all the unnecessary "beach" decorations. The owners were responsive to my inquiries and even went so far as to leave a "welcome" gift with some useful household amenities. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bedding was excellent, with extra blankets and pillows. We hope to stay in this unit again. Thanks Bob and Elaine. We have been property owners at Sea Colony since 1999 and purchased this unit in 2014. We particularly liked this unit because of its quiet, secluded, location and easy access to Sea Colony amenities.
