Praia muito boa, casa nem tanto

A casa tem uma boa área externa com jardim e piscina. A casa em si não está em boas condições e não é confortável. O proprietário é muito atencioso e gentil, mas não achamos que o imóvel condiz com o valor do aluguel.

Complicado realizar uma avaliação no momento mais difícil enfrentado no litoral norte. De qualquer forma, tivemos sempre a atenção e suporte do Alcindo e Beto. Infelizmente não conseguimos aproveitar a viagem devido a condições climáticas e desastres ocorridos na região, porém tivemos todo suporte necessário.

Experiência muito boa

Gostamos bastante do lugar. Casa limpa, com bom espaço. Destaque para o espaço externo na parte da churrasqueira e piscina. A casa tem bastante itens de cozinha, não precisa levar nada. O local é próximo a praia e tem mercados próximos. O proprietário Alcindo é muito atencioso, sempre esteve de prontidão quando precisei tirar dúviadas com ele.

A comunicação com o Alcindo é super eficiente. A casa é rústica e simples, porém tem tudo o que vc precisa, completa em utensílios. A cereja do bolo é a area de lazer, pena que pegamos chuva!

A casa em si precisa de uns pequenos reparos, como no banheiro e elétrica, mas a localização e ótima. A piscina e bem gostosa junto com o espaço da churrasqueira. Unica questao que a pessoa q limpa a piscina nao apareceu.

Sensacional

Um imóvel perfeito pra quem busca descanso. Casa arejada e com muito verde. Amplo espaço para circular, com grande piscina e área de churrasqueira. Diversão garantida também para os animais de estimação. Fui muito bem atendida pelo proprietário e por pessoa por ele indicada. Amamos o imóvel e pretendemos voltar tão logo seja possível.
