Casa San Martino between Florence and Siena with Pool

Casa San Martino is located between Florence and Siena, in a peaceful area with a shared pool just a 3-minute walk away. The house is close to the "San Donato" exit of the Florence/Siena highway. Major tourist destinations are easily reachable by car: Florence in 20 minutes, Siena in 35 minutes, Castellina in Chianti in 10 minutes, Radda in Chianti in 20 minutes, Greve in Chianti in 30 minutes, and San Gimignano in 30 minutes. San Donato in Poggio, considered one of Italy’s most beautiful villages, is a 5-minute drive and offers a small supermarket, pharmacy, post office, bank, bar, restaurant, and grocery shops. In nearby Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, a larger town, you will find all services.



San Martino is part of a complex of 45 homes surrounded by greenery. Guests have access to the shared pool. A private covered parking space is located in front of the house. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with dining area and equipped kitchen, a small bedroom with a 1.40 m wide sofa bed, smart TV, a bathroom with shower, and laundry area. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with a king-size bed (can be split into two singles), bedside tables, wardrobe, dresser, and armchairs; a second double bedroom with bedside tables, wardrobe, chair, and a bathroom with shower. The spacious terrace offers views of Badia a Passignano, a historic village worth visiting, and the Chianti hills. The property is surrounded by a large garden. Outside, there is a relaxing covered terrace furnished with dining table and chairs, plus two armchairs and two sun loungers.



Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided free of charge.
