From the apartment’s east-facing balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the quiet Paulstraße and over the rooftops of Binz.

The bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe, and an additional flat-screen TV. The living room has a sleeper sofa that can accommodate two more people. Gemütliches kleines Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man für eine kleine Auszeit benötigt. Die Raumaufteilung ist ausreichend für Eltern mit 2 Kindern, wirkt auf den Fotos jedoch etwas größer. Die Umgebung bietet ausreichend Beschäftigung, auch bei schlechtem Wetter. Da das Haus fast genau hinterm Deichl liegt, kann es bei Sturm auch mal etwas lauter werden.
