Located in Algaida, Mallorca, this cozy 20 m² studio welcomes up to 2 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. You’ll have a private, well-equipped kitchen with espresso machine, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, washing machine, fan, heating in every room, and a workspace. A high chair, crib, self check-in, and mountain views are also provided.



Outdoors, enjoy a private garden, covered terrace, open terrace, and balcony surrounded by Mediterranean plants and fruit trees. The shared outdoor pool is in the main garden, bordered by lavender, olive, and fruit trees, offering beautiful mountain views. Refresh in the outdoor shower and relax on poolside loungers. A private rooftop area is perfect for unwinding with open views of the Tramuntana mountains.



There is a shared parking spot on the property; car access is recommended due to unpaved roads. No events or smoking allowed, and please do not feed the cats. Beach towels are provided, and a tennis court is 15 minutes’ walk away. Shared toys and books for children and a playground are available.



The 2,000 m² Mediterranean estate is surrounded by fruit trees and native plants. Three friendly cats live on the property. The hosts reside onsite, but not in the reserved accommodation. Security cameras monitor outdoor areas, entrances, and garden. Cleaning service is included on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
