Enjoy a stay with family or friends in this 100 m² house featuring an 800 m² private, tree-filled garden with no overlooking neighbors, 3 bedrooms, a spacious air-conditioned living room, and a large veranda.



We look forward to welcoming you to our recently renovated home in Vieux-Boucau.



The highlight of the house is its large veranda, perfect for enjoying the garden while sharing meals with family or friends around the gas plancha.



All on one level, the house offers a comfortable living room with fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. It is ideal for 6 guests, or up to 8 with the sofa bed.



Pets are welcome.



Bed linen is not provided (3 beds, each 140 cm wide).

Bien située , maison de location saisonnière bien organisée . La climatisation est un plus , bien agréable . il y a un grand garage qui rejoins la cuisine pour mettre tout : planches , vélos , courses etc la communication avec la conciergerie fut fluide et parfaite . Je recommande pour des vacances en famille , près de l’Ocean à Vieux Boucot , à 5 mn en vélo du Lac et de la plage .
