Spacious 2-room apartment with a beautiful terrace offering sea views in the heart of Juan-les-Pins, right across from sandy beaches and the newly renovated promenade. Shops are located at the foot of the residence. You have two large bedrooms, one with a sea view, as well as an open kitchen connected to the living and dining area. Situated on the 3rd floor with elevator access, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Everything is within walking distance: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and much more. We look forward to welcoming you for your holiday!
