Spectacular sea views - Waterfront location

This light and airy apartment which has been totally renovated to provide high spec accommodation for year round living with air/con and heating. All floors in light stone to continue throughout both wet room showers each with own WC and basin. Bedroom 1 has a standard double bed and the living area can be divided with a solid, sliding partition to completely enclose the second bedroom or can be left open as desired. This bedroom has a king size bed and you wake up with wonderful views of the sea. New fully fitted modern style kitchen with all modern appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, oven, hobs.
The flat is very well equipped with dining table for 8 and terrace furniture for eating outside or sunbathing on the 2 sun loungers.
There is an extremely large, lockable store cupboard next to the flat with beach toys and beach mats so although the apartment is not large, there is plenty of storage.


Ideally located for Cannes Film Festival, 7 min on train or enjoy the renowned Jazz festival in July. Stroll around the market in Antibes and Port Vauban with its numerous super yachts. This vibrant and fun, year round resort is an ideal weekend get away for special occasions or a longer holiday. Enjoy a day trip to the Lerin Islands, home of the Man in the Iron Mask with crystal clear water.

The owners of this apartment live very close by and can advise or help out with any help on sightseeing or activities. They have lived here for many years with their children so are well placed to help any tenants make the most of their holiday or business trip.

Visit the nearby Picasso Museum in Antibes or The Maeght Foundation, visit Renoir's house or enjoy the museums of Nice. The train runs from over the Italian border (try the Ventimiglia or San Remo markets) or drive the Monaco Grand Prix race circuit

Empty the dishwasher and washing machine and leave doors open.

Simply wonderful

We had a fabulous stay at this lovely apartment with spectacular views of the ocean. Perfect for a family of four with two two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very well equipped with kitchen and cooking items and some beach gear too. Right in the middle of everything in the beautiful Jean-Les-Pins. Perfect for a morning stroll to the bakery followed by breakfast on the terrace, a stroll into Antibes to visit the markets and an afternoon at one of the many beach clubs. Highly recommend.

The best apartment we’ve stayed in

We have been renting apartments in Juan Les Pins for 20+ years and I have to say, this is the very best so far. The location is perfect, the huge window makes it bright and airy, not to mention the amazing view. The apartment is spotless and has everything you need during your stay. zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung liegt quasi direkt am Meer. Es hat viele Cafes und Restaurant in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Am Abend ist in der Hochsaison sehr viel los, vobei die Restaraunts auf der RĂŒckseite des Hauses liegen und man eigentlich nicht sehr viel mitbekommt. Auf der Frontseite hat es 2 Restaurants, deshalb ist es nie ganz ruhig, was auch nicht störend ist. Der Bahnhof ist fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Einen Lebensmittelladen ist auch in 3 Minuten erreichbar.

TrĂšs bel appartement au premier Ă©tage d’une rĂ©sidence bien tenue au coeur de Juan les pins, avec balcon de trĂšs belle taille et magnifique vue sur la mer et palmiers. Beau coucher de soleil du balcon. TrĂšs bonne literie et linge de qualitĂ© et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Bien qu’il n’y a pas de route passante devant l’immeuble, sa proximitĂ© des restaurants, bars, clubs, rendait les bulles quies indispensables. L'appartement est magnifique, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et trĂšs confortable. Literie parfaite, trĂšs pratique d'avoir 2 salles de bain pour le retour de plage. Emplacement idĂ©al, vue magnifique ! Le seul bĂ©mol c'est que ça peut ĂȘtre bruyant la nuit (groupes de jeunes qui faisaient la fĂȘte sur la plage) mais on ne peut pas ĂȘtre aussi central a Juan les pins sans cet inconvĂ©nient. Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Traumaussicht

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Nachsaison Ende September/Anfang Oktober 2019 in Juan–les—Pins verbracht. Das Appartment ist gerĂ€umig und schön eingerichtet und besticht durch die tolle Lage mit einem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer ! Wir hatten durchweg sonniges Wetter und konnten den herrlichen Balkon jeden Tag genießen. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder🌞😊.
