Independent 2-room gîte in a character house on a 2.5-hectare property—ideal for peace, relaxation, and nature lovers. Enjoy privileged views over the Dordogne valley and the Sancy mountain landscape. The gîte features a dining area with integrated kitchen, a living room with a bench (sleeps 1), one bedroom (double bed 140 cm), and a bathroom with toilet. Private, enclosed, flowered outdoor space. Parking available. Shelter for bikes, skis, and more.



The accommodation is equipped with satellite TV and ADSL Wi-Fi connection. Central heating included. Shops and services are in La Bourboule, 3 km away. The gîte is located in the Sancy massif (Chaîne des Puys, lakes) and the Auvergne Volcanoes Natural Park. Cross-country skiing is 3 km away and alpine skiing 12 km away. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, and sightseeing.

Superbe cadre bucolique ❤️

Pros: Les hôtes sont très accueillants et d’une gentillesse extrême Nous reviendrons ! C’est tellement agréable d’être dans un cadre aussi enchanteur. Les possibilités d’excursions et de visites aux alentours sont sans limite.
