We just got home from an amazing stay at this property in the Sunrise Park neighborhood! The home and property are absolutely beautiful, the kitchen was super well equipped (the best VRBO kitchen we’ve ever encountered). Beds and linens were very comfortable and we loved the spa/hot tub! Shon is truly an incredible host, always very quick to respond to questions and truly a nice guy! We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an awesome home and easy walk to downtown Palm Springs!

We spent a little over two weeks at this property. It is a lovely house in a great location- it is walkable to downtown Palm Springs. Shon, the host, is super and very responsive- he lives nearby and met us at check in. It is very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the linens were plentiful and professionally cleaned. The backyard is very private with a pool and awesome hot tub. The spa heating is included, and the pool can be heated for a daily fee as requested. The house worked well for us; we had our adult kids/spouses/grandbabies visit one weekend and there was room for everyone. House is set up for 8 people, with 4 bedrooms ( 3 K, 1Q, 3 baths), and a small desk for remote work in the Queen bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, silverware and appliances, and also with a starter of spices/oils. I would highly recommend for a perfect Palm Springs get away!

Beautiful Oasis

We shared the house with our good friends and we absolutely loved our stay. (4 adults/4 kids) Our host was very communicative and made every effort to ensure we had a great experience. The house was beautifully appointed and the layout was perfect for visiting, dining and relaxation. We used the pool and hot tub daily and ate meals together on the lanai. The bedrooms were private and the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of shade throughout the day in the large, beautiful backyard. We could not have been any happier with our stay. We are grateful to our host for sharing his beautiful home!

We LOVED it! Poolside Bliss is one of rhe most comfortable, well-appointed VRBOs we've stayed in. We made good use of the kitchen and outdoor table for our group of 8. Sweet pool, nice big hot tub, easy walk to "downtown" PS. And the piano was icing on the cake for us!

PURE BLISS

Amazing time spent this past Spring Break with friends in Palm Springs at Poolside Bliss. Shon (Property Owner/Manager) was excellent from initial point of contact right through to checkout and even communications afterward. He was available, super helpful and quick to reply throughout the entire process. The house and property were perfect for 3 couples and location was incredible for walks to downtown or for even just a jaunt around the beautiful neighbourhood. Great and convenient location as well for quick inexpensive UBER rides from airport, downtown and all other locations for our activities we partook. The house and yard was very private and perfect for slow mornings, and relaxing afternoons or evenings playing bocce, cards, swimming or just hanging out reflecting on the day. Would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the Palm Springs area. If we return to Palm Springs in future we would definitely reach out to Shon and Poolside Bliss again.

Beautiful Home

I just returned from Palm Springs and I am so glad I picked Poolside Bliss as a rental. I took my three daughters (ages 18, 14 and 12) along with two of their friends and the house was perfect for our stay. Not only was the indoor space nicely furnished and comfortable, but the outdoor space was a big hit with everyone. During the days we would swim, play ping pong and use the beautiful lawn area to play croquet. At night we would use the outdoor table to enjoy our dinners (under the lights). The hot tub was a hit as well. The house is centrally located and just a few minutes from the airport. The owner Shon went above and beyond to make sure our trip was pleasant. I would highly recommend Poolside Bliss for your Palm Springs stay!

Great Mid-Century Style House

We rented Poolside Bliss for five weeks in February and early March 2023. We couldn’t have been happier with our decision. Shon was wonderful to work with, both before and during our stay. Several minor problems arose, as they usually do in long-term rentals, and one rather major problem (the pool heater broke), and Shon and his representative were both very responsive. The pool heater was replaced in two days, and even minor questions and problems were immediately handled. It is very apparent that Shon cares about his renters and wants them to be satisfied. What we liked about the house: Great location west of the airport, making it easy to get downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Totally private backyard, larger than many in Palm Springs. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great hot tub and pool. Large, HD TVs in the living room and master bedroom with Roqu in the living room and Apple TV in the bedroom. Bluetooth speaker system in the living room—can connect your phone to play your own music. Smaller TVs in the other three bedrooms. Great layout with the master bedroom on one end of the house and three bedrooms on the other end, one with an en suite bathroom. If we return to Palm Springs, we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again!

A lovely home....an excellent choice!

We had a great stay with our family just as the severity of the virus was emerging. The house was clean and cozy which was especially important as things closed down in Palm Springs. The pool was a perfect escape and we found the kitchen really well equipped as it became necessary to prepare our own meals. Shon was extremely helpful and gracious throughout the process. He let our daughter check in earlier than us when our flight was delayed. She was SO grateful to be able to settle in with her toddler! This lovely home was the best part of our vacation!

Outstanding in every way

Our three generations had a great time in this lovely and well-equipped house. The very convenient property was as listed: comfortable, quiet, spacious, with an excellent pool and hot tub, good beds and shower, and impressive view of the mountains. Stores and restaurants are nearby as is the airport. Shon and Patty were very helpful. A return visit would be great.

Beautiful home, great location!

We enjoyed being able to easily get to so many of the places we love in Palm Springs from this home. The home is beautifully styled and stocked and handled our 8 member family nicely. The pool was heated as was the hot tub. During our Thanksgiving, we found everything we needed to cook a traditional meal together in the spacious and well-stocked kitchen. This home is very conveniently located between the airport and the main street in town. The backyard is very private and pretty. There were plenty of chairs by the pool for everyone. It is a lovely setting for a family reunion. The owner and manager always instantly responded to any inquiries I had before, during, and after the rental. It was very reassuring to work with such nice people.

Perfect place for a family trip

We were a group of 2 families, with a total of 4 adults and 3 young children, and wanted to nice home base to relax at for a week. Sunrise Park delivered. The home was very well laid out, nice and open concept, and opened out to the covered eating area and the pool deck. The kitchen was very well stocked, the check-in/check-out process was easy, and the back yard is great for kids. During our stay in Palm Springs, the weather was unseasonably cool and there were high winds for part of the week, so the pool heating was quite important, and unfortunately we had some issues with the pool heating not working for 3 out of the 7 days we were there. That said, the Owner and the Property Manager made every effort to fix the situation and were very attentive and called a pool repair man very quickly to get the heat working again as soon as possible, so have to give 5-stars for how they handled the situation. Overall, I would highly recommend a stay at this home. Nice and conveniently located to the airport and great restaurants as well.

The house was perfectly located close to the airport and in a quiet neighbourhood. Shon and Patty were very accommodating with our time of arrival. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed and more. The heated pool was fantastic too. The fridge/ice maker leaked a bit, not a major issue though. With four couples in the house an extra key would have been useful - but we made it work. Would definitely recommend staying at Shon’s house and would stay again. Wish we could have stayed longer. Everything we expected and more!!

This property and home are perfect for a family getaway. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was fully provisioned which saved us from purchasing items we could not finish. Everything was spotlessly clean. Our family spent many hours enjoying the backyard. The bbq, the pool, the hot tub and the ping pong table were all used extensively. There was space enough to sit together and chat or to move away for a quiet spot to read. Thank you, Shon. Operating a bed and breakfast has been a part of my family for over 50 years.

My earliest memories are living in my grandparents owner's quarters as they owned and operated California's historic Highland Dell Lodge in Monte Rio, CA. Nestled on the Russian River in Wine Country, I learned the art of hosting and curating experiences that guests cherish for a lifetime.

I've always paid attention to the small details that mean a lot and think to myself... "what would I want to experience to make this vacation extra special?"

The result is Agave Sunrise, a Palm Springs Guest Favorite for 11 years and running!

Why they chose this property

I searched for months to find the perfect property in Palm Springs.

While home hunting, I learned about the nuances of Palm Springs many diverse neighborhoods and I determined that it really does matter which part of town you live in.

I didn't want a home on a busy street, in the city's notorious wind belt, or too close to the mountains where you lose 2-3 hours of sun a day. This took time but I got it right with this little gem in Sunrise Park.

The property is uniquely private, spacious, and loaded with everything you need to escape, entertain, unwind, and play.

What makes this property unique

It's very private, quiet and removed from noisy streets, and situated well outside the wind corridor that vacation rentals rarely disclose. There's also a lawn with real grass and citrus trees!

Best of all, its central location is only a few short minutes from downtown but perfectly positioned to get the most out of Palm Springs' weather and serenity.
