Stop dreaming and come and enjoy this condo on Marco Island’s beach, we welcome you to South Seas Northwest also known as the South Seas Towers! Where living is easy and Summer-time is year round. Our newly renovated 2 bedroom and 2 full bath condo is located directly on the beach with Southwest exposure providing you plenty of afternoon sun on its spacious wrap-around balcony.

Sunsets, beach and boat traffic can be viewed from our 5th floor location. Our condo is Perfectly situated as it's not too high or low. Also, being on the South-side of the building provides you with plenty of sunshine and warmth for some well deserved relaxation.The community heated swimming pool is spacious with plenty of chaise lounge chairs to relax poolside. Other amenities include tennis courts, Marina, Exercise room and we are located within a gated community.

The Master Suite has comfort in mind, includes King size bed, and flat screen TV.Guest bedroom has twin beds. An additional twin rollaway bed has been added to this unit as the sofa is NOT a sleep sofa bed. A spacious and fully updated kitchen, with granite counter tops, full size stainless appliances, refrigerator with ice-maker, built in microwave, counter-bar with barstools, and is fully equipped to prepare your meals if you choose to dine in.In the living room area you have fantastic views of the beach and Island. We also feature a flat screen television and dvd player. Complimentary WiFi Internet has been added to this condo, allowing you the ability to stay connected.

Plenty of beach activities await you. A brief walk to Tigertail Beach, at the Beach Cafe and you can make arrangements for jet skiing, para-sailing, Stand-Up Paddleboards, Kayaks, Electric Seaquirts, Water Trikes, Electric Boats, Paddleboats, Beach Cabanas, Beach Chairs, Water Sports, Stand-Up Paddleboarding, Kayaking, Windsurfing, Skim Boarding, Surfing, Kite Boarding. Your stroll on the beach might include finding a sand dollar, horseshoe crab, see the dolphin playing, and loads of shelling.

If your sport is golf there are championship public golf courses within 10 miles. A variety of beach shops, fine and casual dining, racquet ball courts, day spas and fitness centers are located on Marco Island. Frank Mackle Park located only a few miles away has basketball courts, playground and toddler water park area. Other parks include YMCA Skate Park and Caxambas Park.

Local areas Nature Centers include Everglades National Park, Briggs Nature Center, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, Rookery Bay Reserve and Cocohatchee Nature Center. The Naples Zoo is located in the Center of Naples, just a short drive.

2 Weeks in Paradise

Loved the location of this property. We spent almost two weeks here around thanksgiving and had a blast! One of our favorite parts was being able to use the beach wagon/chairs/sand castle kit to walk down to the beach everyday. Plus, nothing beats those Marco sunsets

Amazing Island Condo!

We have never been to Marco Island, and this place did not disappoint! We believe we have found our new vacation spot! We kayaked in the Keys, took a shelling tour out to the islands, walked the beaches and enjoyed the serene surroundings! We thoroughly enjoyed the condo - the comfort and the views! we have NO complaints! The pictures are exactly as the condo is in person. The bed was super comfortable and we slept well! The views of the beach were farther away than we expected, but we were still able to see dolphins in the evenings! Definitely would stay here again!

We love coming to Marco Island for our family vacations and South Seas Club is our absolute favorite location to land on the island. This property is beautiful, the unit is modern and well-maintained, and the property manager, Ellen and the team at Gulfshore Rentals go above and beyond with any inquiries you might have. We have stayed here several times (including thanksgiving 2020!) and made some of our best family memories while there. Highly recommend!

Awesome time!

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of beach chairs, beach carts, and umbrellas- check the closets in the condo and the owners locker by the elevator. Kitchen had all that was needed including spices, cleaning supplies, foil/baggies, and utensils. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Beach is a bit of a hike but well worth it! Much easier to cross the tower 3 parking lot towards tower 2 and use the entrance/private path by the bicycle rack (yes there is a gate near the beach that you will need your key for)- but it is much faster than going out to the beach by the pool. Pool was great as well! Wish we had known when we first arrived that there is a room of luggage carts directly across from the check in desk in the building lobby. We arrived at 4:15 and the guard at the property gate told us the desk was already closed and gave us a temporary parking pass so we never saw the cart room until the next day. Laundry, garbage, and recycling were easy to use. We left the 2 laundry cards in the front of the arrival notebook so they can be easily found (was buried in the back of the junk drawer). The garage parking was easily accessible and helped keep the car cool. 5th floor location was perfect and elevators were not an issue. Would highly recommend this unit and hope to return!

Unexpected Costs and stains

We needed to "register" 2 vehicles at $100.00 each for parking which was not disclosed in our rental contract. The bedroom with twin beds had urine stains on the bed covers and we emailed the owner with no response the whole week! Our air conditioner was not working and the South Seas condo management did respond and fix this the next morning. Beautiful remodeled unit but lots of keys and gates to slow down your vacation.

What a great place to stay. Pictures are absolutely accurate! The balcony is amazing as it wraps around the side. Love the inside decor and color scheme. I would definitely stay here again. The downside is two extra fees not mentioned until you book. Parking and insurance. A few other people have mentioned the wagon/cart for the beach. You cannot use it because it is totally ripped. It would have been great for our chairs, umbrellas , and beach toys. Other than that, this place is amazing! :)

Great beach front condo!

Spent another great week at this condo, one of our favorites in Marco Island. Amenities are great, access to beach ideal, unit well maintained with everything you need for a great beach vacation- towel, chairs, beach cart, even sunscreen! Management company is excellent & easy to work with. Highly recommend! We’ll be back again.

Perfect place to stay on Tigertail beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Marco Island. The condo was perfect and we really enjoyed the close access to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location and well appointed unit

Four adults stayed in this unit with comfort. The unit furniture is good, the deck great and the kitchen extremely well appointed. Unfortunately, the weather while we were there was pretty bad. Even with that, we all enjoyed ourselves since the unit was well equipped with card games and the TVs were good. We cooked in many nights and found that we had all the utensils we needed. They are even well equipped with tupperware type containers. We found the beds perfectly comfortable. The location is great with easy access to the beach and Tigertail park. We really enjoyed the pizza from Joey's which is very close. We also enjoyed our dinner at Marek's which is only 10 minutes away. Our deduction of 1 star is based on the difficulty of getting laundry done. There is supposed to be a card system for the laundry on each floor, but there wasn't a card in our unit. We went to the South Seas front desk to purchase one, but never could get it to work so we didn't get any laundry done...except by hand. South Seas did give us our $5 back when they confirmed that the card they sold us didn't work. One of our group also questioned whether the sheets on his bed were freshly changed. However, that said all of us would definitely rent this unit again. It is comfortable, spacious and has great views.

Beautifully remodeled with lovely furnishings and great view.

We stayed here for two weeks in November and enjoyed the roomy end unit with wrap around balcony. The remodel has top of the line touches and comfortable, tropical decor. Plenty of towels and nicely stocked kitchen for cooking at home. No beach chairs provided but that was not a problem for us as we drove to Marco and brought our own chairs and wagon to haul our stuff across the sand. South Seas towers are set back from the water so expect a bit of a walk to the beach. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony which is furnished with high end chairs/tables. The current rate is a bit higher than the competition and the lack of beach equipment is why I give it 4 1/2 and not 5 stars. You will enjoy staying here. We certainly would return.
