VILLA WITH PROPRIANO POOL ***

Classified as 3 * furnished tourist accommodation, this rental has been designed to provide holidaymakers with maximum comfort. On two levels for more comfort, the beds are organized in the following way:
- 4 bedrooms (1 on the 1st level & 3 on the first floor) each equipped with 2 single beds that can be used as is or in maxi double beds
- a comfortable double convertible sofa bed with quick opening on the 1st level in the winter lounge (this perfectly independent room can be used as a classic bedroom)
- 1 alcove (upstairs) with 1 double sofa bed
- 1 baby cot is also available on request.
We provide all bed linen as well as duvets, blankets and pillows (space saving on the luggage side!).
Garden side, you will appreciate the covered terrace with large table & armchairs for 12 people, a fully equipped summer kitchen, barbecue for nice meals. All this in the immediate vicinity of a secure swimming pool and a relaxation area with shaded summer lounge & deckchairs for idleness. You will have in addition an outdoor shower, a complete bathroom with WC in the immediate vicinity of the pool but also for beach returns "sandy" ...
The rental also includes two modern bathrooms in addition to a small private bathroom on one bedroom, as well as two independent W.C.
In terms of leisure, you will have free WI-FI access in the air-conditioned day area, a large screen TV and an audio system on which you can also listen to your favorite music, for example by plugging in a USB key.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (except the small bedroom upstairs) and a television.
Animals are accepted (fenced property).
On the front yard of the house, several vehicles can easily be parked safely.
