Enjoy living life just one block from the beach when you reserve this lovely 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with a great location on Isle of Palms! Featuring highlights like a Roku player for easy access to your streaming services, an open-air deck, and a screened-in porch, this home has plenty to keep you entertained both indoor and out. Perfect for family vacations or trips with friends, this property is primed for relaxing the day away!

On the ground floor there is a the third full bathroom, a second refrigerator for storing extra snacks and beverages, and the laundry room! You must exit the front or back door of the home on the upstairs main level in order to access the third bathroom/laundry room (these are all in one room as pictured).

On the main level of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook up all your favorite dishes, from your home-cooked casserole to specialty potato salad for a summer BBQ. A peninsula counter provides extra prep space, along with four seats where you can sit and grab a quick snack or have breakfast in the morning. A large dining table with a bench can seat around six, while a door leads out to the open-air deck where you'll come across a four-seater dining set for enjoying your meals outside with the sunset. Outside there's a BBQ grill available for your use as well!

The spacious living area has plenty of plush seating between the gray reclining sofa and two gray reclining chairs, along with another sofa in a brighter shade. A flat screen TV completes the space, and you can easily log into your Netflix or Hulu account on the Roku—there's also a DVD player if you'd like to bring your favorite movies. This home also offers complimentary Wi-Fi, so don't worry about staying connected on your devices!

This property has three bedrooms, each with its own TV! No matter which space you end up with, you'll find a relaxing room to retreat to before your next day of adventure. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the second also offers a queen bed. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and boasts its own ensuite bathroom. Should your group need extra sleeping accommodations, the sofa in the living area folds out into a queen-sized bed. This cozy beach retreat was made for a blissful escape to Isle of Palms!

Bed Sizes are 1 King & 2 Queen beds, and 1 Queen sofa bed in Living Room. Please note that this is an older beach home and there are no modern upgrades.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given.

This home is pet friendly. Dogs are considered with a $250 pet fee (per pet), applicable pet policy signed, and flea proof records received prior to arrival. Dog must be approved by Carroll Realty. Absolutely no cats or other animals are allowed. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to the pet owner, and not paid by the pet fee.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a 'starter set' of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you may need to purchase these items after you arrive.

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. This beach house is old school and exactly what fit our agenda AND pocketbook. SOOOO close to the beach, plenty of room to spread out on game nights and had everything we needed for the kitchen. We all had a great time!

The house has everything we needed. It is dated, but we knew that looking at the pictures. The front porch was wonderful for us all all to hang out. The only negative was the internet. The Ethernet cable is fraying so the Wi-Fi was sketchy. It should be replaced.

Great Location
As expected, the house was an older style home on Isle of Palms. It was only about 11/2 blocks from the public beach access, which was great. The kitchen was well stocked— the knives were even sharpened which we rarely find in a rental.

The house was such a disappointing. Not thoroughly cleaned, had a odor And tv was not as advertise.
We truly were horrified that this house was even accepted by VRBO. The steps are very step and dangerous to open from door.

Great location; spacious accomodations
The house was in a beautiful neighborhood, with a short walk to the beach. It was nice to have the three bedrooms and two baths, and the screened front porch was a great spot for a relaxing happy hour. The kitchen was well stocked. The property is dated and in need of cosmetic upgrades, but everything worked as it should. The ping-pong table area under the unit is not usable space.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.

Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
