Gated community with comfort and security. Walk on the beautiful lawn of the condo and reach the beach in just 5 minutes with comfort, safety and enjoying nature.
House for up to 12 people, large living and dining room, TV, equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, blender, pressure cooker. On the balcony, we have the apparent brick barbecue, sink and bench of the barbecue, all equipment of grills and skewers. Rest on the porch lying on the hammocks admiring nature.

Imóvel na melhor quadra do condomínio! Local seguro e adequado para crianças. Há alguns passos da praia! Casa em excelente estado. Possui ar- condicionados em todos os ambientes, piso em porcelanato em toda casa, louças para utilização, camas confortáveis. Imóvel e praia excelente para ir com a família.

delícia de casa, condomínio espetacular
O condomínio de Guaeca eh belíssimo, a praia limpa e muito bonita. A casa, embora nao seja nova, esta muito bem conservada. Ve-se que seus proprietarios se preocupam e zelam para que tudo esteja em perfeito estado, desde a pintura, os móveis, tudo impecável.
As criancas puderam ficar bem a vontade, correram muito no gramado que fica na frente da casa e vai até a praia. A casa é térrea tambem é comodo para quem tem crianças.
A cozinha é bem equipada, minha sugestão seria incluir um processador para fazer as papinhas de bebe.

Casa super aconchegante e confortável, praia muito gostosa e tranquila. Minha filha de 7 anos adorou. o condominio é incrivel e as acomodações nos atenderam muito bem, vamos voltar com certeza!

Casa excelente!!
Ótima localização, em um espetacular condomínio gramado com fácil e agradável acesso à praia. A quadra de tênis do condomínio fica ao lado da casa, o que torna uma comodidade para quem quer jogar várias vezes ao dia. A casa é excelente, muito espaçosa e muito bem cuidada pelos donos, que são super atenciosos e não deixam sequer uma cadeira de praia danificada. Já fui inúmeras vezes, passei várias férias ali. Vale a pena!!

Recomendo muito para quem gosta de conforto
Foi muito bom saber que na praia de Guaecá pude encontrar uma casa tão confortável como essa, tem todos os eletrodomésticos, churrasqueira top na varanda, ar condicionado em qualquer quarto e ventilador até no banheiro :0. Adoramos e queremos voltar. Valeu Helena.
