This lovely condominium is located in a quiet community off of Patterson Ave and Cathedrals Oaks in Santa Barbara. This spacious, light and airy furnished property features cathedral ceilings, and is ideal for the business traveler or guest that may need interim housing or an affordable vacation rental. Ten minutes to downtown Santa Barbara or 10 minutes to the airport and UCSB. This lovely Santa Barbara vacation property has a gas fireplace, private patio off the living room, flat screen TVs, wireless internet and all the comforts of home. The two bedrooms are located upstairs with hardwood flooring and a spacious bathroom. This vacation property is tastefully decorated and offers many extra amenities for your enjoyment.
Due to COVID, a sanitizing cleaning will be done by our housekeeper every 2 weeks and will be billed to the guest at the rate of $25/hour.

Nightmare In Santa Barbara

What seemingly turned out to be a pleasant vacation stay. Soon promised to be the very worst Vrbo that We have ever had the displeasure staying in. If Verbo cares about their clientele they should definitely remove this listing. Not only were we bamboozled about no Airconditioning. We endured the grueling heat for days on end. The promises of a pool to use were not fulfilled so we could not escape the hell that was our Vrbo. Finally 4 days before our set departure and many requests for a pool key later, a pool key was finally provided. The damage was already done our kids were so unhappy and asked us every day to swim because it was so hot even with the fans that were provided. To top it all off I had a friend visit on her way to A far destination in which she and her adorable little dog just needed to stretch their legs. She wasn’t there for more than an hour. The owner proceeded with a witch hunt that was mind blowing to say the least claiming that our dog was barking all night. Then we were accused on numerous occasions of smoking on the property. Which is absolutely preposterous because my husband who does smoke walked all the way off the property to smoke. Mind you there and numerous neighbors with in close proximity who have dogs and smoke. But this blame fell solely upon us. The entire time we were there our next door neighbor was renovating and there were all kinds of construction noises first thing in the morning until the sun went down. And had placed a Porto potty right infront of our Garage door. Melissa is an awful person I don’t know how she is surviving in a business that is meant to cater to their renters. She is not a people person. Please don’t find yourself in this position she doesn’t deserve your business or your money. And you deserve better than this kind of treatment. Please don’t ruin your Vacation stay like we did. Careful she does manage other properties listed.
