Centrally located on Panama City Beach. Heated pool and outdoor hot tub much appreciated with weather in high 50’s. Easy access to deep and long white-sand beach. Great little cafe/bakery right across the street.

We’ve been heading down to PCB for years from Texas. It’s worth every bit of the 12 hour haul and this condo is at the top of the list for places we’ve stayed! We definitely plan on a return trip!

Our family of 4 had an awesome time - the condo was very clean. Having the umbrella and lounge chairs was very convenient. We ate every meal on the spacious balcony and enjoyed hanging on the balcony when we not on the beach or in the pool - would stay here again!

Great Vacation

Everything was great from the time of arrival until our departure, no complaints at all! The weather was perfect and we really enjoyed the great views from the balcony that had plenty of furniture including a dining table with 6 chairs along with 4 other chairs with ottomans. We would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again next year.

Great vacation!

We had a great last minute, long weekend stay at this property. Our host was very helpful before hand and during our stay. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. We had plenty of room for 2 teens, our 7 year old and 2 adults. Location was great. Right in the heart of restaurants, shops and grocery stores but not loud at all. Pools were great as well as the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella provided. We loved our stay and would gladly stay again at this property. Thanks so much!

Will Stay Again

The condo was exactly as described. Fantastic views, excellent location, and clean. The kitchen had lots of everything (dishes, pans, utensils) and even some spices in the cupboard. I picked this condo specifically because of the patio and it did not disappoint. Plenty of room and furniture for our family and several friends to hang out. Beds were comfy and communication was quick and helpful. Will stay here again while in PCB.

Ocean Villa Paradise

The only negative to this property is not being able to roll the carts into the rooms to load and unload all your stuff. Otherwise, everything was very nice. The listing is as advertised and was very pleasant. The pools were a great size and views were endless. Great condo!

We are very glad you enjoyed our condo and your stay. About the carts, the HOA purchased these carts to be make sure it would no fit in the front doors. We had other carts before that fitted inside the condo, but the problem was that in the past we had some inconsiderate guests that would bring the cart in and kept inside the units, making impossible for others to use the cart. We would love to have you back!

We enjoyed our stay overall, but a few small improvements would make this condo even better. When we arrived, parking instructions weren’t clear, and the front door handle stuck each time we tried to get in. The condo was mostly clean, but could use a deeper clean (especially the shower and baseboards). The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, which was great, but there wasn’t any bath soap provided—so bring your own. There were also some family photos throughout the condo, which felt a little unusual for a VRBO but not a major issue.The highlight was definitely the view! The balcony was perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals, and the beach was clean and beautiful. With a few updates, this place could easily be five stars.

All Around a Great Stay!

This was such a beautiful and relaxing stay and the views are amazing! Everything was thoughtfully stocked in the kitchen, including seasonings. They had plenty of seating and rooms were spacious. Balcony is a nice size and private. Water pressure in bathrooms was good and it got hot fast, so be careful. Parking is tight in the parking garage of the building no both floors but there is additional parking across the street with a covered walkover to he building. Overall, it was a great experience. We plan to stay again.

Amazing all around!

Gorgeous property and amazing views! Everything was clean and stylishly decorated. We happened to be there for the air show and we had front row seats on our balcony. We also were able to watch the dolphins in the mornings. The *only* downside is that the water pressure isn't great. Seriously, I have no other complaints!

Gorgeous view!

The property was roomy and beautifully appointed, the view was awesome, the elevators were quick, easy access to the beach and pool, the towels in the bathrooms were horrible and the queen beds were lumpy due to bedding supplies. The manager was quick to respond to any questions we had for them. Would we stay again.? Absolutely!
