Superb seafront holiday apartment - right beside the beach in a tranquil location in friendly, historic Ardersier village close to Inverness and perfect for exploring the whole Highlands of Scotland.

Our apartments are new, spacious, warm and well equipped in a carefully restored historic building in the heart of the ancient village. This two bedroom apartment is above the ground-floor with breathtaking views. It has a large open-plan lounge/dining/ kitchen, one bathroom and balcony to enjoy those wonderful views and sunsets across the inner Moray Firth (dolphins) to Inverness, the Black Isle, Chanonry Lighthouse, Great Glen (Loch Ness) and mountains beyond.

Our tranquil seafront setting and breathtaking views across the inner Moray Firth with its' wonderful wildlife and our great location with Inverness, Nairn, Fort George, Loch Ness, castles, dolphins, ospreys and golf on the doorstep make our holiday apartments unique for a holiday or shortbreak in a small, friendly, ancient highland village.

Paul and sally who own the property are great, welcoming and great for local info. Place is spotless

Location is great right on the beach with short walk to Fort George. Food in general area is great Paul will advise best places, close to Culloden battlefield and Clava cairns and standing stones, all in all, the most beautiful views and the loveliest location. Our week had great weather hardly any rain and dry and sunny. Would we go again, absolutely !0 W. Clark York / Glasgow

Paul is the best

Paul took care about everything - wow. Its a perfekt place to go to the Highlands north/west/east - Loch Ness is near by. So we enjoy the stay very much and if you need help: call Paul 😉

Great Holiday

We had a fantastic week in Scotland and the accommodation was excellent. Very quiet location with fantastic views of the Moray Firth. The hosts could not have been more welcoming and accommodating

Great views on the Firth of Moray

We enjoyed the friendliness of the host, Paul. The lovely views from our second floor apartment, and the walks along the water to Fort George out our front door. Ardesier is 20 minutes from Inverness and it is a quiet town on the water. We stayed for two weeks and really relaxed.

A week in the Highlands

Well located, very quiet and peaceful. Very clean and pleasant flat, nice view. Lots of parking. I would recommend this if you like driving to the many attractions in the Highlands

Excellent Holiday Base

Excellent accommodation located in a quiet village with wonderful views across the bay. Off the beaten track but only 15 minutes away from Inverness and with easy access to the airport and to main arterial routes in all directions. The accommodation had a large living room and kitchen, both with balconies from which you can sit and look out to across the bay. The bedrooms were on the small-ish side but perfectly adequate. The bathroom had both bath and shower. Overall a good, clean and well maintained property which was ideal as a base from which to explore the area.

Lovely location and great accomodation

Empfangen hat uns in Ardesier ein freundlicher und sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter. Das Appartment hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Zwei Balkone, traumhafter Blick auf die Dolfinbay, top ausgestattet. Unsere Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Mr. Weller hatte tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, war sehr hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Der Ort war ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Ein Mietauto ist aber sicher von Vorteil. Schottland hat sich von seiner sonnigen, windigen und wenig regnerischen Seite gezeigt. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Für das Appartment - klare uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!!!

Wohnung im historischen Gebäude direkt am Moray Firth ist toll. Viel Platz und gute Ausstattung. Die Gezeiten zu beobachten war toll. Toller Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Schottland.

Very nice flat with great view and perfect starting point to explore highlands

We (2 adults and 1 child ) enjoyed the stay very much. The flat had view to the sea and balcony to the sea. You can see great sunsets. We enjoyed to just step out of the flat and walk along 2 Kilometers on the beach to Gort George. The flat has everything you may need ( incl tv, Dvd player, there is a even a library of DVD ,bikes and various games). Paul was very kind and offered help for all kind of questions. The place is also an ideal location for exploring the Inverness and Highland area. Definitely we will come again.

Charming, quaint and comfortable

Was centrally located, clean and had easy access to everything around Inverness. Paul was incredibly hospitable and answered all of our questions and let us know about local history, restaurants and happenings. We are incredibly sad to leave but we will definitely come back to stay here on future holiday.

Fantastisch

Wir hatten Wohnung 3 im 2. Stock und damit eine super Aussicht über den Moray Firth mit wunderbaren Sonnenuntergängen. Die Beschreibung stimmt mit der Realität komplett überein, die Wohnung war sauber und sehr geräumig, es war alles da, was man braucht, es war warm und gemütlich. Einfach perfekt. Paul und Sally sind super nett, sind immer erreichbar, geben Tipps zu allem Möglichen. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Pubs und jede Menge zu sehen und zu unternehmen in der näheren Umgebung. Ich kann die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder buchen!!
