Located in a small and peaceful family village, this classic Formentera style house has all modern conveniences. Fully furnished and well decorated through out. The house sleeps up to 1 couple plus 2 kids comfortably. Posibility for 2 couples. One kingzise bed in the Mezanine in the living room and passing the bed room with 2 beds, the shower room and wc.
Nice little Swimmingpool ( heated ).
Weekly change of bed linen and towels are supplied.
The kitchen is fully furnished.
Internet access ( ADSL+WIFI ) connections are available. Stereo and CD player. Televison. Air- conditioning.
The house has a private garden with a view of the sea, and a barbeque. Privat Parking.
Owner lives on property with family and is available for security and maintenance services.
This location has a calm and peaceful environment which is ideal for one or two couples.
The house is located in the countryside, a 5 minute drive from Cala Sahona Beach and a 2 minute drive from a local restaurant and convenience store.
Easy access to house on small tarmac road, about ¼ of mile drive from main the road.

La casa y en entorno fenomenal, super acogedor y agradable. Nicolás muy atento en todo momento. Lo recomiendo para 4-5 personas máximo. Tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar. Necesitas un vehículo, pero en una distancia de entre 5 y 20 minutos, estás en cualquier parte de la isla. Repetiremos!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier. Nicolas der Vermieter war sehr sehr zuvorkommend. Er hat uns bei der Ankunft zum Haus geleitet. Die Lage und Beschreibung des Hauses ist perfekt. Absolute Ruhe. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein wirklich perfekter Ort um runter zu kommen. Auto, Moped oder zumindest ein Fahrrad ist ein Vorteil um die Insel zu erkunden und um an die Strände zu kommen. Wir kommen wieder❤️

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Sie ist so liebevoll eingerichtet mit Blick für Details. Der Boden im Außenbereich ist jetzt Bordeauxrot und sieht noch einladender aus. Der Garten ist ein Traum, riesige Kakteen, alles blüht, der Außenbereich am Pool ist mega gemütlich, es gibt eine warme Außendusche und für abends schöne Beleuchtung. Alles war super sauber, die Küche ist voll ausgesttattet und die Betten sehr gemütlich. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur ein Kilometer entfernt. Wir haben zu dritt in der Finca Urlaub gemacht. Ein Paar mit bestem Freund, hat super geklappt. Nicolas ist ein toller Vermieter, er hat unser Gepäck am Hafen abgeholt, da wir mit den Fahrrädern direkt zum Haus fahren wollten und am Abreisetag hat er es wieder zum Hafen gebracht. Er ist super hilfsbreit und sehr sympathisch, wir können nur sagen, es war alles perfekt. Vielen Dank noch mal für die tolle Zeit, lieber Nicolas. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert! Sehr schön.

Wir haben hier zwei sehr schöne Wochen im Juni verbracht. Nach unserem Geschmack liegt die Casa in einem der landschaftlich schönsten Bereiche von Formentera. Wer es ruhig mag, ist hier genau richtig. Der schöne große Garten ist ideal zum Abspannen. Wir haben auch die Abende an der Steilküste genossen, die ca. 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt ist. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 10 Minuten am kleinen Supermarket und Bar-Restaurant ES CAP, in guten 20 Minuten in Sant Francesc Xavier. Das Haus ist für zwei Personen bestens geeignet und für Selbstversorger sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Eigentümer war immer für uns da, wenn wir eine Frage hatten, ohne jedoch "aufdringlich" zu sein. Den Aufenthalt können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Authentique Finca de rêve nichée dans la campagne de Formentera , maison confortable , chaleureuse , bien équipée avec à l'extérieur des canapés de repos pour méditer , lire , admirer le paysage ..La petite piscine est un plus , très appréciable pour se rafraîchir ..Une voiture ou un scooter sont évidemment nécessaire mais vu la taille de l'île tout est à proximité ..Une mention spéciale pour le maître des lieux Nicolas qui fait le maximum pour que votre séjour ne soit que du rêve .Nous reviendrons ..

Si vous recherchez un lieu où il y a du charme, de la magie, de l'authenticité et du soleil dans les sourires ! alors je vous recommande chaudement la ravissante villa d'Edouard et Nicolas. Piscine chauffée ! Mumm ... un vrai régal, surtout en soirée après le bain de mer. Double terrasse avec un charme fou, des lumières tamisées, des petits recoins dans le jardin dont on ne cesse de découvrir une histoire, deux douches extérieures avec vue mer, et une villa toute cooconing. Wir waren zum zweiten mal auf Can Pasca, und haben für das nächste Jahr schon wieder gebucht. Ein sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtes Haus, mit viel Platz im traumhaften Aussenbereich. Durch den kleinen Pool, muss man nicht zwingend an einen der Strände fahren. Die Vermieter Nico und Edo sind sehr liebenswerte Menschen, die man einfach mögen muss. 100%ige Empehlung, 6 Sterne. Genial, como siempre.

Edouard y su hijo Nicolas tienen un gusto exquisito a la hora tanto de decorar como de gestionar su "pequeño pueblo" formentereño. Como ya ha sucedido durante los últimos años, hemos pasado una semana formidable, con toda la paz y las comodidades que la isla requiere. La casa es encantadora, con ese genuino carácter rústico que hace que te apetezca volver y el trato que nos han dispensado ha sido maravilloso. Lo cierto es que es un lugar mágico y diferente.
