C'est une maison qui a une histoire et une âme comme en témoignent son agencement (4 1/2 niveaux), son mobilier, sa décoration. Ici pas d'aménagement standard de type Ikea, c'est tant mieux et si tout n'est pas parfait, on privilégie le charme.On trouve les ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner (nous étions 8), c est appréciable.Terrasses et jardin font plonger le regard du haut de la colline vers la mer ! De belles plages à 10/15mn en voiture. Un véhicule est nécessaire car la maison est située sur les hauteurs.Les hôtes sont accueillants. Un séjour authentique et agréable. Merci

Traumhafte Auszeit auf Sardinien

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht und hätten uns keinen besseren Ort für unseren Urlaub wünschen können!Die Lage ist ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen – man hört nur das Meer und die Natur. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist einfach traumhaft und zaubert jeden Tag aufs Neue ein Lächeln ins Gesicht. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen – alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es war absolut sauber.Auch für Familien mit Kindern ist das Haus ideal: viel Platz, eine kinderfreundliche Umgebung und eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort willkommen fühlt.Wir kommen mit wunderschönen Erinnerungen im Gepäck zurück – und ganz bestimmt auch wieder!Grazie di cuore!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Toller Blick aufs Meer.

Wir haben Anfang April eine Woche in Pierras Haus verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Es war alles wie beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Kamin funktioniert super. Wir kommen wieder.

Häuschen mit Blick aufs Meer

Wir haben im Häuschen von Piera bereits zum zweiten Mal einen herrlichen Urlaub in Familie (mit drei Kindern) verbracht. Die einzigartigen Strände von Chia sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar, das Capo Spartivento ebenfalls. Die Unterkunft liegt in idyllischer Hanglage in einer Feriensiedlung. Vom Balkon und Garten aus hat man fantastische Ausblicke aufs Meer. Die Wohnung auf drei Etagen bietet mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, gemütlichen Sitzecken und einem Außengrill jeglichen Komfort. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin war einwandfrei und herzlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und zu Hause gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal. Ciao Chia!

Schönes Haus mit fantastischem Panorama-Blick

Ich habe drei Wochen in dem kleinen Haus in Domus de Maria verbracht und mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt einen schönen Garten mit Grill und Liegestühlen und einen super Balkon mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer. Piera ist immer erreichbar und hat eine super Übergabe gemacht. Es hat alles gepasst. Das Haus hat Schlafzimmer für 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder, ich halte es aber ideal für eine Familie mit 2-3 Kindern. Es gibt einen modernen Sat-TV an den man auch einen USB-Stick anschließen kann. Im Grunde ist alles da, was man benötigt, man sollte aber nicht erwarten, dass die Möbel und das Inventar neuwertig sind. Wie auch andere geschrieben haben, gibt es sehr viele Mücken. Hier muss man gut gewappnet sein - nicht nur abends und nachts. Schade finde ich, dass im Haus - wie fast überall in Italien - die Lampen grelles kaltes Licht erzeugen . Mittel-, West und Nordeuropäer bevorzugen jedoch warmes Licht. Das nimmt leider etwas Gemütlichkeit am Abend - oder man nutzt nur Kerzen... Ansonsten hat mir nur die Auto-Einfahrt jeden Tag mehrmals Kopfzerbrechen verursacht. Ich habe ein flaches und breites Auto und musste extrem aufpassen, nicht entweder an einer Schwelle aufzusitzen oder die rechte Seite am Maschendrahtzaun zu verkratzen - beides gelang mir leider trotz höchter Vorsicht nicht immer... Ich hatte zwei mal Besuch und beide Besucher waren auch sehr angetan von dem Haus und der liebevollen Einrichtung. Wenn ich wieder in den Süden komme, würde ich das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Dann komme ich aber mit einem anderen Auto. :)

Kleines Haus mit totaler Privatsphäre

Dieses kleine gemütliche Haus bietet totale Privatsphäre und traumhafte Aussicht in einer sicheren Umgebung. Es hat einen Parkplatz und ist für Hundebesitzer optimal. Tagsüber ist es trotz hohen Aussentemparatuen kühl im Haus. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet der Garten schön gestaltet. Nachts sollte man aber gegen die Mücken gewappnet sein. Wir haben das mit Autan und Mückenarmbändern geregelt da wir auf dem Balkon geschlafen haben.

Panorama splendido, spiagge vicine, padroni di casa gentilissimi.

La proprietà era perfetta per 2 famiglie come noi, 4 stanze e con spazi comuni in soggiorno, cucina, giardino e veranda. Vista spettacolare, spiagge, libere e a pagamento, da 5 a 15 min di auto dalla casa. Casa attrezzattissima, c'è anche una grande biblioteca da cui i nostri ragazzi hanno potuto leggere un bel pò di libri. I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Unica pecca è la mancanza del condizionatore, che quando fa veramente caldo si fa sentire.

Beautiful View

We very much enjoyed our stay in Piera's house nestled in the hills just between Chia and Pula. The view from the terrace and the garden was magnificent. The house is very well equipped and we did not miss a thing. Piera was a very attentive host and answered to our requests very quickly. It is important to know that the house has quite some steps as it might be an issue for smaller kids. Our children (4 and 6) had no problem with it and enjoyed the various levels and the small garden. We definitely love to come back. Important: follow Piera's direction to the house (not the one linked on Fewo-Dielt/Homeaway)

La casa è perfetta ,disposta in modo strategico per due famiglie con bambini o due coppie che necessitano di privacy, con orari di risveglio differenti. Arredata con gusto ,completa di tutto non manca nulla! Il panorama è mozzafiato ,al nostro risveglio vedere quel mare è stato impagabile! La posizione è strategica per chi desidera esplorare il sud di questa splendida isola . Piera e il marito sono stati disponibili ed estremamente gentili,e assolutamente non invadenti Grazie

Lovely apartment :)

We had such a wonderful time at Piera's lovely apartment. The check in and out were without any complications, even though we had to change our check in time several times due to our delayed flights. Whenever we had any questions we could contact Piera via whatsapp, she is a very frienldy and welcoming person. Furthermore, everything was clean and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. To put it iin a nutshell: We definitley recommend this apartment! Thanks a lot, Piera!! :) Ps: A car is necessary, without it it's quite difficult to get to the next supermarket or the wonderful beaches around!

Perfetta per due famiglie

La casa è perfettamente divisa per due famiglie di 4 persone che vogliono condividere gli spazi comuni principali. La cucina comoda e spaziosa, ricca di oggetti strategici per cucinare e gia completa delle vettovaglie più comuni. Da questa si accede all’esterno per mangiare all’aperto, dove si trovano barbecue e doccia esterna, perfetta per il rientro dal una giornata di mare. Il soggiorno è grande, si trovano due comodi divani e una poltrona, una ricca libreria e cineteca. Il terrazzo è il punto forte della casa, spazioso e vista da togliere il fiato. Anche qui sono presenti un divano e due poltrone. Le camere da letto sono spaziose. Quelle della zona notte in alto solo le ultime a ricevere il sole quindi restano calde rispetto alle alte. Non c’è il condizionatore ma ci sono ventilatori a sufficienza. La casa in pratica è sviluppata su più livelli ed è di testa a un gruppo di villette a schiera. Si parcheggia su posto privato, posto in cima alla proprietà. Lo spazio c’è ma meglio usare macchine piccole per manovre più agevolate. La casa è all’interno di un complesso residenziale chiamato Eden Rock, è sulla parte più alta della collina. Per muoversi è suggerita l’auto. Nel complesso la nostra valutazione è estremamente positiva e la consigliamo , soprattutto per il giardino che è ben curato e vario, impossibile quindi non rilassarsi, anche per chi come noi , rimane solo una settimana. Speriamo di ritornare

Schönes Appartment mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer

die Lage ist toll, allerdings braucht man besser ein Mietauto, um an die tollen Stände in der Nähe zu gelangen. Im und um das Haus gibt es sehr viele Treppen, also vlt nicht für ganz kline Kinder geeignet.

Tolle Lage und Aussicht

Die Vermieter sind super, freundlich Hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt war perfekt, Die Aussicht vom Haus ist ein Traum, die Zufahrt zum Haus ist ein wenig Tricki aber OK. Das Haus ist sauber und alle Geräte funktionieren . Leider hatten wir in den ersten Tagen Regen, dadurch hatten wir Wasser in einem Schlafzimmer und in der Küche. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Durch das Wasser und dadurch, das das Haus in die Jahre gekommen ist gibt es nur drei Sterne

Wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge

Ein wunderschönes Häuschen mit einem überwältigenden Blick über das Meer. Nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, kleinere technische Probleme wurden umgehend beseitigt. Schönes Ferienhaus in Top-Lage

Wir waren im Oktober 2018 hier. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere die herrliche Aussicht vom Balkon sowie die äußerst günstige Lage zu den nahe gelegenen Traumstränden der Costa del Sud (allerdings ein Auto unerlässlich). Lohnenswert und ebenfalls schnell mit den Auto zu erreichen waren die sehenswerte Altstadt von Cagliari und die antike Ruinenstadt Nora, letzteres für uns ein echtes Highlight. Zudem waren die Vermieter sehr freundlich, stets zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech. Alles in allem ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung und einem atemberaubenden Ausblick!

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einem Village auf einem Hügel. Sehr gut gelegen denn von dort aus ist man schnell an einigen der wunderschönen Strände wie z. B. La Pineta, Chia, Tueredda... Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die vier Schlafzimmer sind alle mit Stand- bzw. Deckenventilator ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem und es gibt genügend Platz für die Kleideraufbewahrung. Die geräumige Küche im Untergeschoss hat einen großen Tisch aber wir haben immer auf der Terrasse davor unsere Mahlzeiten genossen. Eine Etage drüber am Wohnzimmer ist ein geräumiger Balkon mit fantastischem Ausblick den Hügel hinab und aufs Meer... hier kann man Stunden verbringen, den Sternenhimmel beobachten, mit einem guten Glas Wein und einem Panorama an dem man sich nicht sattsehen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und sind telefonisch, per WhatsApp etc. stehts erreichbar oder melden sich unverzüglich zurück! Probleme wurden schnell und unkompliziert behoben. Von hier aus ist mann auch schnell mit dem Auto in Pula, dort hat man diverse Supermärkte und Geschäfte aber auch Abends ist eigentlich immer was los. Es gibt hier viele gute Restaurants und Lokale, ob schick essen oder Pizza auf die Hand, es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht und ich bin sicher, dass wir nicht das letzte Mal in diesem Ferienhaus waren!

Posizione ottima e vista mozzafiato!!

Aver prenotato questa casa ha reso il nostro soggiorno in Sardegna davvero speciale. La casa è molto bella ed è più che sufficiente per 8 ospiti. Ci sono tutti i comfort e la vista dal terrazzo regala colazioni con vista che si stampano in testa. Per una vacanza incentrata sul mare e il relax è un'ottima scelta, visto che Chia dista solo 10' in macchina. La casa è a 2' dalla statale sulcitana. Per il resto che dire, stiamo stati accolti con gentilezza e per ogni necessità abbiamo avuto il pieno supporto. Sicuramente un opzione che valuterò di nuovo, dovessi tornare in Sardegna!!!

Schöne Location für Strandliebhaber

Die Vermieter: super nett!!! In der Vorsaison ist da nicht viel los, Auto ist unbedingt nötig. Traumhafte Strände, die noch leer sind. Küche, Bäder und Wohnzimmer sind top, die Matrazen könnten etwas besser sein:-), Wir waren zu viert und wenn man etwas erleben will, muss man mindestestens bis Cagliari, wir wollten Ruhe unnd dafür war es perfekt!

Maison parfaite pour 2 familles

Les propriétaires sont très sympas et serviables. La maison qu’ils habitent parfois est très propre, décorée de tableaux, ce qui lui donne du cachet. Elle possède une jolie terrasse sur laquelle il est plaisant de manger en profitant d’une vue splendide. Nous y avons séjourné à 4 adultes et 4 enfants au début d’avril 2018 et nous nous y sommes trouvés très à l’aise. Les promenades en bord de mer dans la région et les plages sont magnifiques.

Gerne wieder , alles nach unseren Vorstellungen , traumhafter Blick, sehr ruhig am Hügel einer abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage ! Gelegentlich Musik des Hotels in der Nähe , stört aber nicht ! Küche mit allem ausgestattet, sogar Kaffee und Wasser gehörten zur Grundausstattung !! Danke Piera für die Gastfreundschaft !
