Just remodeled, 1 Bedroom/1 Bath tropical paradise which is located on the third floor in the southwest part of the complex and is literally just a few steps to the elevator, making the beach and pool access effortless. Once at the beach you'll have the soft white sugar sand and the emerald waters of the beautiful Gulf at your toes.

The luxurious master bedroom boasts a new decorated beach retreat with a king size bed and new mattress. The tropical inspired all wood furniture and closet have plenty of room to host all your clothes. There is also a 32” high definition LED TV and a large ceiling fan for your enjoyment.
The espresso colored 2 panel doors and louvered bifolds add to the tropical feel of this unit.
The sleek bathroom has a large vanity and sink, luxury towel sets, a large bathtub and a ADA height commode.
This new larger kitchen exudes cleanliness and a modern style with the addition of all new shaker style cabinetry with soft close doors and drawers, Quartz counter tops, high end glass backsplash, new waterproof plank floor, new LED kitchen lighting, newer stainless steel appliances consisting of a french door refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-cup Coffee Maker as well as all the accoutrements one could want.
The breakfast bar is the perfect place to grab something quick to eat or you can enjoy more intimate dining at the dining table. There are two additional chairs to seat any additional guests at the table, if needed.
Gather and relax in the living room to watch the 55 inch high definition LED TV. Also enjoy the look of the new shiplap on the walls and taller living room lamps to provide ample lighting while reading your favorite book.
If music is what your looking for, turn on the Soundfreaq system to stream music(bluetooth) or listen to the FM stereo.
There is also the queen size sofa sleeper with a brand new 6 inch commercial comfort cool mattress. This is not one of those old pull out sleepers your used to seeing in other units - no bars in your back on this one!
Relax on the open balcony for the million dollar view which also has new comfortable flooring for your feet. This is where the most breathtaking sunsets take place, mostly May thru Oct. (please keep in mind the sun changes position throughout the months and it may not be the exact scene as in the pictures).
You also get to enjoy the view of the sand dunes, boats, the bay bridge and the East Pass. There is also a ceiling fan to keep the breezes going. Oh, and don't forget to watch the fireworks show right from the balcony (seasonal & special occasions). No fighting crowds or traffic, it’s awesome. Your not going to get this with a beach view unit !
