One level living first floor corner end unit with open floor plan . Master bedroom has king size bed with en suite bathroom with beautifully tiled step in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with private access to bathroom #2 . Bathroom #2 has a tub for the little ones in the family. Living room has queen pull out sofa. There is a large eat in kitchen as well as a bar with bar stools for additional seating. Enjoy the beautiful screened porch backing up to lovely water views . Beautiful water views from multiple windows in the unit , even from your master bedroom . It is truly a great place to unwind and totally relax !

My mom and I stayed 3 nights at this gorgeous property for a mid week mini-break. We were accompanied by our family pup Spunky. We loved the peace and quiet, being surrounded by nature's beauty, and being so comfy in this lovely apartment. We enjoyed Bethany Beach - just 15 minutes drive - and also took a 30 minute drive to Dewey Beach so that Spunky could have some beach time with us. *Dewey Beach allows dogs after 5pm, all summer long, just go online and get a DE license for your pup beforehand.

Absolutely beautiful and spacious condo. You will immediately feel like you are on a beach vacation. Everything was very comfortable. The back porch was our favorite place to sit out and gaze at the water. Barbara is an incredibly thoughtful and communicative host, she made sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back.

Barbara is the best!! Her communication is excellent. If you have a question or problem she gets back to you in a timely fashion. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. This is our second stay in Barbara's condo. The condo is clean, welcoming and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is stocked with your basic needs so that you can cook in if you would like. The views from this location are stunning. You can see the Indian River Bridge which is beautiful especially at night. You wake up to a view of a fountain that you can see outside the master bedroom and family room. Bethany Bay is very relaxing. We definitely will be booking this condo again!!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was exactly as it was represented. Barbara was a wonderful host. She answered all my questions before we arrived and made our stay perfect. We brought kayaks and stored them in our truck. There is a boat ramp on the property and we used that to launch. It is a perfect spot to see wildlife and enjoy the sound of the water. It’s also a great place to walk with a nature trail right on the property. The pool was great too! The condo itself is quite large and very comfortable with a screened in deck area. It was AMAZING!

Lovely, ground-level condo with a fantastic screened in porch and views of a pond and the bay beyond. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect 3-night getaway for our family of 3 and our older dog.

We got to stay for our third visit this time in the Spring. We can honestly say we enjoyed our previous Fall visits but now love the Spring time as well. The water and sunrise views each morning were our highlight. We also found more wildlife (deer, geese, ducks, cormorants, orioles, foxes, turtles, and even those elusive fairway golfers) were out and about all around Bethany Bay. Many restaurants are all close by and we are beginning to keep a list of our favorites. Barbara is a wonderful host and her condo has everything anyone could need for a relaxing stay. We highly recommend the condo and are looking forward to our return trip soon.

My wife and I stayed for nearly a week. The apartment was very clean and in a grreat location, in the Bethany Beach area. It was also well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

My husband and I are local to Delaware and we grew up going to the Delaware beaches. We live in the Ocean View area we both went to college in Delaware and work here as well. As you can see we are big fans of the first state !



Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property . We always wanted our own little oasis to escape to. This condo appealed to us for various reasons . The fact that it was a first floor unit with no stairs attracted us lugging groceries up two flights of stairs did not excite us. The water view from this unit is breathtaking . The open floor plan provides a panoramic water view off the screened porch . My husband and I thought this was perfect spot for us the maintenance free setting appealed to us . We thoroughly enjoy our little piece of paradise.
