Single house by the sea Port d'Addaia - Menorca - islas baleares

Self-catering villa with terrific sea views, unforgettable sunrise on the sea, just few steps from the sea. Terrace for having dinner or relaxing. Amazing roof terrace for sunbathing if sunbathing by the private pool it's not enough for you.
There is a private mooring just few step from the house in case you'd like to rent a boat.
The villa benefits from its own private pool, with sunbeds, tables and chairs. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with great sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Two shower rooms and kitchen have been renovated last year and for season 2011 there will be a totally renovated living room with new furniture and accessories. Kitchen is fully equipped. As well new furniture for the terrace have been provided.
Barbecue in the garden.
Sat TV just installed with some English channel.
There's a small library with books and guides about the island.

Lovely Villa in the sleepy and wonderful town of Port D’Addaia

Lovely Villa in the sleepy and wonderful town of Port D’Addaia. The Villa is compact but well maintained and equipped and just a short walk from the town centre and port. The view from the front of the property (either on porch or from the roof terrace) is great. The swimming pool at the back of the property is also fantastic and quiet. Manuela was very helpful and easy to contact. Would return in a heartbeat. Excellent holiday.

Maison très agréable avec très belle vue mer

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Na Macaret dans la casa Mola. La maison est entièrement refaite, avec goût et tout est très pratique et la cosy. La vue sur la mer est juste incroyable et très reposante. Nos 3 enfants ont apprécié la petite plage toute proche sur laquelle ils pouvaient descendre tout seul. Na Macaret est bien situé sur l'île car très central. En 30 minutes maximum, on peut aller n'importe où, au nord ou au sud de l'ile. La côté nord est très belle. Une bonne adresse à Minorque. Nous reviendrons.

"Todo estupendo!!!! Todavía cuando veo las miles de fotos que hemos hecho me emociono. Nada de ruido, limpieza absoluta, vistas impresionantes, no le falta detalle, es muy fácil de encontrar. El dia que llegamos casi nos da algo de lo bonito que era todo, en especial sus terrazas, que se pierden en el horizonte. Vivimos una semana de ensueño. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo, el precio parece caro pero al final entre 6 no es tanto y verdaderamente merece la pena. Las fotos de la pagina web de los apartamentos son totalmente fiables así que ahí os podéis hacer una idea de lo que os vais a encontrar al llegar. Si pudiese me compraría la casa, pero me conformaré con volver el verano que viene. Lo dicho, espectacular!!!!! "
