Obelisc-3 is located on the ground floor of a building located on a quiet street, 500 meters from the sea, in a residential neighborhood, away from the bustle of the tourist areas, but close to the center of Can Picafort. It is also around 400m. from a public swimming pool and tennis courts, and just next there is a gym. It is part of a set of 4 apartments in the same block, which makes it a very interesting alternative for large groups, while providing proximity and intimacy among its members if they rent several. It is a modern and functional apartment for 6 people, with a careful, cheerful, and summery decoration. Comprising 3 double bedrooms (one of them with air conditioning) with 2 single beds each, 1 bathroom with a shower and another one with a bath, a living room with satellite TV, DVD and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully renovated and has all the items and appliances to help you during your stay, and a laundry.In Obelisc-3 you also have a Wi-Fi connection and an enclosed parking garage for bicycles and motorcycles. The sunny terrace on the street, and from which peep the sea, is perfect as a solarium or for pleasant summer evenings. With garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. Highly recommended for a fun-filled holiday with friends or family.

Area
Can Picafort is one of the most popular tourist areas of Mallorca. Its beaches, awarded the blue flag of the FEE ( Foundation for Environmental Education ) extend along nearly 9 miles of coastline, are of fine white sand and are equipped with all amenities. The offer for leisure is extensive, with numerous bars, restaurants, clubs, sports, etc... and with all the facilities: supermarkets, pharmacies, public swimming pool ... close to the neighborhood, so you don’t need to move. From the village, you can reach any point on the island. The Parc Natural de s’Albufera is a few miles cycling, like the Parc of the public estate of Son Real (a unique natural landscape riddled with archaeological sites), which is accessible along the coast, walking, cycling or horse riding. A bus line connects Can Picafort to Puerto Alcudia, the Roman walled town of Alcudia, Puerto Pollença, Pollença, Inca and Palma, the capital. guter Standort mit Park- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ferienunterkunft war für 6 Personen ausreichend. Die Dusche müsste modernisiert werden. Im 2. Bad mit Badewanne roch es unangenehm. Wir konnten die Ursache dafür nicht finden. Die Küchenausstattung sollte noch mit einem Topf mittlerer Größe und einer Kanne für Tee ergänzt werden. Die Kaffeemaschine mit Filter funktionierte nicht einwandfrei. Sie müsste entkalkt werden. Ansonsten war der Urlaub sehr schön, schon wegen des schönen Wetters und vielen Ausflugs- und Wandermöglichkeiten.

Ojo con la letra pequeña. Dice que pueden cobrarte la luz.

El alojamiento es un poco justo. Es para seis personas pero algunos de los enseres son solo para cuatro. Por ejemplo, hay una sola sartén y es de tamaño pequeño. Buena parte del mobiliario y otros elementos como la grifería son viejos o muy viejos. La iluminación deja que desear. La foto más espectacular del alojamiento corresponde al solarium, en el que no encontramos ni uno solo de los elementos que aparecen en esa imagen. La limpieza es correcta. La persona de contacto utiliza el correo electrónico pero no lee rápidamente las respuestas. La entrada fue accidentada, en parte, porque no advertimos que en su correo constaba un número de teléfono, y en parte porque en el cajetín que debía estar la llave no había nada. Ojo con la letra pequeña de la reserva, porque advierte que se puede cobrar el consumo eléctrico, para el cual te piden una fianza de cien euros. También es cierto que a nosotros no nos cobraron nada por dicho consumo y se retornó la fianza con rapidez.

Sehr sauberer Eindruck, alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Bis auf die etwas kleinen Pfannen und den komischen Geruch im Badezimmer war es eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung, vielen Dank! Würden wieder kommen :)

Hi Alexandr, we cannot be more disappointed with your comment because basically it's false. The fridge, the dishwasher and the WIFI worked perfectly (and it's still working now). All was checked during your stay several times and it was a waste of time every time you requested our handyman, sending whatsapp messages at 4 am. It happens sometimes during hot summer days that the pipes smell bad and it's easy to fix the problem, just running water the smell disappear. We haven't seen any cockroaches but you may have seen any. The day you check-in, there was no cigarette gobies but as there balconies upstairs, they might happened. You forgot to mention that the air-conditioning in one bedroom didn't work and again it was because you were using the wrong remote control. I'm sorry to tell you but all these issues with the appliances you mentioned were due to your lack of knowledge and for not listening our recommendations. Kind regards, Mateu Perello

klasse Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und darauf bedacht dass man sich Wohl fühlt! Die Dachterrasse ist ebenfalls sehr einladend und bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
