Perfect family vacation

We had a wonderful week at this property. It met our expectations, and we especially liked the outdoor area around the pool. Nicolas was a great host. Communication was smooth and quick, and he was very helpful and easygoing. Check-in time was late on Saturday, but we were able to arrive early, drop off our things, and hang out outside. We would definitely come back!

Perfect holiday stay for large groups

The house is locaties in a beautiful region,not so crowded as the Provence. It has all possible facilities, a large pool,BBQ, jacuzzi, movie theater,mtb,fridge with wine included, and a Sunset with view over the ardeche,.... Everything is included in the price. Mr Nicolas,the owner was very friendly, helped us with all our questions. Maybe one hint: new and uniform towels would match better with give a more qualitative impression,in Line with the house itself. Great memories to this house

the most complete offer, (everything for kids) but also an overpromise, Very kind owner

In principle a nice house and excellently equipped but old. Good swimming pool, and kids toys. The biggest problem, no internet although promised. secondly, the kitchen, the stove looks and is very old fashion with far too hot cooking kernels. Impossible to simmer. Although a big kitchen very little working space Old frying pans, no simmer pans. Good refrierator, dishwasher and 3 types of espresso machines. More than enough glasses, plates. Very kind: 3 beertenders with free beer. however, far too few sockets. It was very hot and the owner was kind enough to bring a mobile aircon, unfortunately not installable due to the airpipe, which should go out of the window. The jacuzzi, which we did not want to use anyway, was not exactly clean. All in all, this could be a very nice place to stay, when a few improvements are made.

Cette grande maison est parfaite et trÚs trÚs bien équipée, idéale pour un week-end familial intergenerationel. TrÚs bon accueil du propriétaire et de la personne sur place. Le séjour ayant eu lieu durant la Toussaint avec une météo défavorable tout c'est passé à l'intérieur sans aucun problÚme, il y a de la place et de quoi s'occuper.

J’ai fĂȘtĂ© mes 40 ans entourĂ©e de mes amis dans cette fabuleuse villa : tout y est fait pour passer de supers moments. VoilĂ  des hĂŽtes qui comprennent ce qu’est la fĂȘte ! Nous avons passé un séjour d'une semaine à 20 personnes (12 adultes et 8 enfants). L'emplacement est idéal et la maison trÚs bien équipée, avec un vrai coup de coeur pour l'extérieur. Tout est réuni pour profiter d'un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Nicolas est un hÎte réactif, ouvert et trÚs accomodant, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Quelques petites vetustés dans la maison, mais cela reste anectotique par rapport à tous les points positifs. Encore merci Nicolas.

Les espaces extĂ©rieurs couverts sont incroyables, salon, grande table, cuisine, donnant sur la piscine et un jardin magnifique. La maison est spacieuse et idĂ©alement placĂ©e au cƓur des lavandes. Nous avons louĂ© ici pour se retrouver avec des amis DrĂŽmois dans un lieu unique pendant un weekend et faire la fĂȘte.La maison est vraiment trĂšs bien placĂ©e de par sa proximitĂ© avec Valence.Le niveau d'Ă©quipement est vraiment impressionnant ! Nous avons profitĂ© du billiard, babyfoot, flĂ©chettes, spa, plancha, terrain de pĂ©tanque... Son et lumiĂšre facile d'utilisation en bluetooth, tables intĂ©rieur comme extĂ©rieure vraiment adaptĂ©es Ă  20 personnes (nous Ă©tions 16).Echanges clairs avec le propriĂ©taire et niveau d'information au top. Je recommande vraiment ce logement et n'hĂ©siterai pas Ă  revenir pour tout sĂ©jour dans la rĂ©gion de 12 Ă  20 personnes.

La personne qui nous a accueilli Ă©galement et est restĂ© disponible par tĂ©lĂ©phone si nous avions des questions. Il a Ă©tĂ© arrangeant pour l’heure d’arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part. Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© Ă  20 adultes lors d’un week-end pour mes 30 ans. La maison a fait sensation auprĂšs de tous les invitĂ©s. Elle est incroyable !! Nous n’avons manquĂ© de rien, elle est Ă©quipĂ©e de tout. Loin de toute habitation, ce qui permet de ne pas sans cesse s’inquiĂ©ter du bruit que l’on fait. La vue est Ă©poustouflante.
