Perfect holiday by the sea

We loved this apartment the furnishings are top quality the layout and location is perfect for a Nerja holiday The agents Casasol have always been very helpful should you need anything during your stay There are no British TV channels … this is the only minor issue (Netflix is available )

Second Time In This Apartment

Excellent location in Carabeo area. Less than 2 minutes from sea, and only 510 minutes from Balcon de Europa. Views to sea and mountains. Elevator. Plenty of space in apartment, and TV channels in various languages for guests. Good bars and restaurants very close to apartment.

Awesome accommodation, my 11th year in the same apartment

It is well located but mostly the service I get from the staff at Casasol is efficient and promptly done if I have a problem. An excellent real estate rental company I cannot think of anything to add.

Another enjoyable stay in Nerja

The apartment is in an excellent location and the apartment is comfortable, with plenty of space for two couples. We had stayed in the same apartment last year and found it suited our needs adequately. Thank you for providing extra blankets, they were appreciated as it was very cold until the place heated up in a couple of days. Thank you also for sorting out the satellite TV. We enjoyed the chocolates and wine that you left for us Your service is excellent. I am sure we will be in touch again for future bookings.

I like the fact that I come back to an apartment that is familiar, well located and where I feel comfortable and safe. The renovations were truly needed and appreciated. Maybe there is a need to renovate the main bathroom and change the 2 swivel chairs to more confortable ones.
