New kitchen! Come relax on this quiet community with elevator access. This unit is on the beach side of Gulf Blvd. Enjoy breath-taking sunset views from the balcony or take a few steps to the sand and water and enjoy the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants including famous Crabby Bill's. Modern and well equipped 2 bedroom condo. The kitchen was just completely remodeled with stainless steel appliances. Indian Sunset Condominium complex is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. One of eleven units makes for a nice and quiet vacation. This unit is on the top floor with the best view in the house. It faces the Gulf of Mexico directly west to the water. It is set back about 50 feet from the soft sand. It has a walkout to a large covered balcony from the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Enjoy meals, reading, and viewing the sunsets on the fully furnished patio. located just steps from the beach to enjoy the sun, beach, sunsets and the warm breezes. Wi-Fi is included.

Absolutely a great condo to stay at. Alex the owner always responds quickly. Have never stayed anywhere that was so stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your vacation, from beach chairs to sunscreen and much more. We will definitely stay here again.

This is one of our favorite places we've stayed! Right on the beach with the most beautiful view. The beach was gorgeous and never crowded, even right in the middle of July. We were close enough to walk to several restaurants, a beach store, or CVS if we had wanted to. The unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. We will definitely stay here next time we travel back to Florida!

The property was awesome. The view even better . I would recommend this condo it offered everything you could want for staying in, or going to the beach with the umbrellas and chairs to the table and sofa on the balcony. Also walking distance to restaurants.

Amazing location close to the beach

My family had a great 2-week stay and enjoyed quick access to the beach. The beach and ocean view from the deck were amazing, too. This place has everything you need, from beach chairs and towels to cable TV and a Keurig. Walking distance to several restaurants including Crabby Bill’s. Loved it!

Very nice condo with an amazing view! Conveniently located to many great restaurants and just steps to the beautiful beach! Alex was readily available to answer questions and made some great shopping/dining recommendations. We hated to see our relaxing week come to an end.

We loved this Condo. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We could stay on the beach right up until the rain came in and then go in and sit on the wonderful porch to watch the rain and the ocean. The condo was well stocked, nicely furnished, ad great for families. We will be back next year for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay! Watched the sunset from the balcony every night. The place was equipped with everything you need. The only thing is the pool is really small but that doesn't take away from how great this place was. The beds were also very comfortable which is a really big plus for me, every time I vacation my back is usually in pain but I was pain free this vacation. You are only steps away from the beach and there's also restaurants and shops near by.

Great family vacation.

We had a great time. It was clean, well stocked, spacious, and had a great view of the gulf. Alex was awesome to deal with. The best owner we have dealt with yet. He was always quick to respond, and very accommodating. He even put a list of restaurants for us to try together. It was a great family vacation.

My husband and our 23 year old son stayed here from January 18th until January 27, 2015. The condo was clean and comfortable. Beach access very convenient and sunset/ocean views were beautiful. Loved the location and parking was perfect. Best part was that the owner, Alex, was prompt, professional, and pleasant to communicate with. Definitely would rent again and recommend that you do the same!

Why they chose this property

This place feels like vacation, but has all the amenities of home. Since it is a small complex, it is a quiet retreat to come and relax. The condo provides a full kitchen and washer/dryer inside the unit. Enjoy our gorgeous new pool or take a swim in one of Florida's most popular beaches. You can walk for miles of uninterrupted beach. Several restaurants are within walking distance along with a CVS drug store and ice cream shops, making it a very convenient location.

What makes this property unique

Fishing, boating, swimming, and anything else that the being so close to the beach can bring you. So many dining spots and shops are a short walk away. St Pete/Clearwater Airport is 25 minutes away and Tampa International Airport is 40 minutes. Some of the most popular spots to visit are Clearwater Beach, John's Pass that are also available by trolley.
