Wonderful balcony looking over the ocean. We loved eating our meal on the high bar looking at the beach. The entire unit felt fresh and updated. No wear on anything.

Amazing Beach Condo w/ Only 2 Negatives

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our IRB vacation at this wonderful condo. It is super close to the beach and walkable to many restaurants and shops. The kitchen is large with tons of counter space, the beds are very comfortable, and the view of ocean life from the deck is entertaining. One negative is the floors are very thin and the upstairs neighbors were heavy walkers so we couldn't sleep past 6:00am. The other negative is there is zero water pressure in both bathrooms, so showering was not enjoyable. Other than those negatives, it was a wonderful beach vacation.

The view from the balcony was amazing and you are steps from the beach! We saw dolphins from the balcony in the morning and watched sunsets at night.. the condo had everything we needed from a stocked kitchen to linens and towels. The condo itself was updated and modern and close to everything.

Everything was great, with the exception of the beach being closed the entire week in front of the unit. Heavy machinery running all day and all night. Our opinion, the condition of the beach should have been disclosed by owner. Property was great, as well as communication from the owner.

Thank you so much for your feedback and for staying with us! We’re truly glad to hear that you enjoyed this beautiful condo. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the unexpected beach closure and renourishment activity. Unfortunately, we did not receive advance notice and the timeline that was provided was changed and never shared with the public (including us). We only became aware of the situation at the same time you did. Thankfully this work is finished and our local beaches are extended and beautiful thanks to this renourishment work.

Amazing stay!

This property is so nice. I highly recommend. There’s a lot restaurants and shops close. The pool and private access to the beach would make it worth it alone. The condo is even stocked well. Great stay!
