This fully air conditioned Villa in a lovely subdivision Sleeps six and is situated approximately 10 miles from Walt Disney World.
It offers FREE WiFi
Roku TVs in living room and master bedroom other 2 TVs have free channels.
King size bed in Master, Queen in second bedroom and 2 twins in the third bedroom, each bedroom has ceiling fans along with living areas.
Two spacious separate living areas, large double covered Lanai by the salt water pool(sun the whole day) for outside entertaining or relaxing.
BBQ and loungers are also provided.
This home is monitored for supplies so it is stocked for your needs. Plush towels for your use.
NO need to bring your clubs for the 18 Hole Mike Dasher designed golf course as the home supplies one set of men and ladies clubs you also avoid the rental for each set of clubs.. Two bicycles are also included for your use. For those days you just want to stay home with the kids there is an XBOX for your entertainment along with movies and games.
Just a short walk away is the community playground, pool and tennis court(complimentary tennis rackets and balls for your use can be found in the garage).
Also high chair , collapsible stroller, and play pen included so no need to rent when you arrive.
Our private villa in Orlando is fully managed by a local management company(manager lives in the subdivision) helping to ensure that your stay is not only truly memorable but also problem free.
Update new bamboo laminate flooring installed Sept 2019 in all rooms. September 2022 new leather reclining furniture in the tv area.
March 2023 new pool lounge cushions plus all pictures updated.

Perfect for a family trip to parks.

House was exactly what we needed for a nice family trip to Disney. On average took 25-30 minutes to get to/from the parks. Pool was nice to come home to at the end of the day. Took advantage of the golf clubs provided. Nice bonus for sure.

Great 3 Bed Florida Villa

This 3 bed villa is larger than most 3 beds we’ve stayed in before. It’s spacious and had everything that we needed during our stay. The location was perfect for Disney with the drive taking less than 30 minutes. The beds were comfortable and we will miss the spacious shower in the master bedroom’s bathroom. The pool was a great size and feels large when in it. There is a great bit of outdoor covered space by the pool with a table and 6 chairs. The villa was well maintained and was clean. Anne, the owner was really friendly during communications and we will definitely consider booking here again.

Beautiful home

The home was clean and beautiful, as well as the neighborhood. Super easy commute to Disney. The only downside for us was no overhead lighting in the bedrooms; made packing a challenge. And the shower faucet broke during our stay, which was inconvenient, but just happenstance. We loved the pool and would definitely stay here again.

The home is clean and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need to fix meals. The kids enjoyed the pool when the days were warm enough. (For a minimal extra charge, you can have the pool heated.) Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Golf week At Highlands Reserve

It's only a 3-bedroom home, but very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook our meals. Having a few seasonings in the pantry meant we didn't have to buy salt and pepper for a few days of cooking. There was a BBQ but we did not use it because of the weather. The outdoor covered area was nice to have.

Your home is beautiful! We've stayed in 4 different homes! We love the one story and the neighborhood! Pool was very clean ! Beautiful home in perfect central Florida location for day trips to Daytona, Orlando and Tampa

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home on short notice. It was so much more than we imagined! The location fit our needs perfectly for day trips to Daytona Beach, Tampa and Disney, with lots of activities and cultural restaurants within a few miles, not to mention Publix (3), Target, ROSS, Walmart, Cracker Barrel, etc. We went to Hurricane Grille for wings and fish tacos; Sarah's Greek Café and also ordered Pizanno's for pizza delivery. Great location and so many choices! Tim also enjoyed the golf course on premises several times. Highlands Reserve is the perfect location in a very well maintained and safe neighborhood. We felt like we were in our own home and I hated having to leave. The house is huge and well maintained. The first thing I said when we arrived was that I never wanted to leave. Thank you again for your hospitality!

Spacious Pool Home

Stayed week of 3 August 2019. The house was clean and furnishings were comfortable. Felt like home after long, sometimes rainy days at the park. It was nice to relax and watch HBO or get onto our computer with the fast internet connection. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with other homes. Loved having full size washer and dryer, used them almost everyday. The large walk-in shower in the master bedroom was great with good water pressure. Had several questions for Anne prior to arrival and she responded quickly within a few hours. The house is close to Rt 192 with lots of food choices. Took Rt 192 to the parks daily which was normally about 25 mins. Close to 3 different Publix food markets so stocked up on food and supplies. Also enjoyed reading the visitors journal. Great base for our trip

The home was clean and well-furnished for our needs. We didn’t cook and eat any dinners there but we had breakfast and packed lunches every day for our days at the parks. The pool was clean and warm (we did not have it heated) but not surprising given the temps during our stay. We did have a few suggestions/minor issues, this is more just info for if you’re staying there to be prepared for. We stayed 8 nights and had one trash bag in the kitchen. I was not willing to buy a whole package of trash bags that I’d then have to leave at the property and it’s not like you can buy one or two trash bags at the store. This seems like a simple thing to provide, especially for stays that are more than a few days. We ended up using the grocery store bags after the provided bag was full but of course those don’t go in the trash can. Same with toilet paper, we bought some but ended up leaving the extra because you can’t buy less than a 4 pack at the grocery store. We also bought (and left behind most of) sugar packets. Sugar would be a nice thing to have available. The remote for the tv in the room with two beds didn’t work. The kids ended up watching a few of the dvds that were there at the home to fall asleep to at night but had no way to adjust the volume on the tv. The tv in the other small bedroom just has an antenna on it and all we could get were Spanish channels. We had a nice stay, the drive to the parks definitely took longer than we were expecting, it’s kind of at a weird location where you have to either go way out of the way to get where you’re going or take a bunch of smaller side roads but that’s kind of a Florida thing. Leave at least 40 minutes to get to and from Disney and close to an hour for Universal and the airport. Traffic was bad no matter what time of day it seemed. We really had a great stay, the things I mentioned were not huge issues, just some things that could make it better or to be aware of.

Great 3 Bed Home For Florida Vacation

Just spent 2 weeks in this lovely property. This is the second time we have stayed here, returning for the second year was a no brainer. House is 3 bed with 2 bathrooms. Master bathroom has a large shower, bath tub, twin sinks, a separate toilet and walk in closet. Master bed is very comfortable and is huge. Family bathroom has a shower over a bath tub, sink and toilet which services the second and third bedrooms. Bed 2 has a comfortable queen size bed, TV, and ample storage including walk in closet. Third bedroom has twin beds, TV and ample storage, again with a walk in closet.Kitchen has everything you would need, including large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Plenty of plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery.Lounge has 2 recliner sofas that are very comfortable to kick back in after a day in the theme parks.The pool is awesome, one of the biggest pools we’ve seen in a Florida rental property. The pool decking has a large section undercover and there are plenty of chairs and loungers to use.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, the location if you are doing the theme parks is perfect with less than a 30 minute drive to Walt Disney World with easy access to the 192 and i4.

Had a fabtastic 12 nights at this property. The inside is super spacious , comfy and very homely. The pool is good size with a guard to stop any children which was amazing with little ones. The host was extremely helpful from initial booking through the time I stayed. Location is ideal for disney approx 25 minutes to disney and dont think in the 12 days I ever got caught in traffic going to Disney. Nearby publix and Wallmart so food shopping was easy. Would definitely book this property again. Thanks for an amzing stay.

Beautiful House!

House was even nicer in person! The double lanai with a 6 seater table was a perfect place to relax and enjoy our meals. The pool was perfect for our party of 3. Lots of relaxing and lounging! Thanks Anne for renting your wonderful property! If in the area again would stay again for sure!

Beautiful Vacation Home

We stayed at this beautiful home for our 10 year anniversary and Fathers day celebration. Home is in a quiet neighborhood and close to all parks. We ventured to Cocoa beach and Clearwater beach during our stay as well. The home is a lot bigger than what I was expecting from the listing. The home was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Worked great for our family. My son loved the pool and used it as often as he could. We would definitly stay at this home again in the future.

Very nice stay

Anne was incredible! She helped work through an issues and questions we had prior to the trip and remained in contact with us throughout our stay when called upon. The house was very nice and spacious. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The only minor "complaints" we had were more to do with the property management itself which is a separate thing completely. Our kids would have liked to play tennis but we couldn't get on the courts because we didn't have a key. Some of the dishes were dirty when we pulled them out of the cabinets. Minor little things like that. None of them were show stoppers and none of them had anything to do with the host or the house really. The house and surrounding area was really nice and the golf course was solid. Would stay there again and knowing what we know with how the area is managed, we would deal with those minor things prior to the trip.
