Beautiful villa with sea views Marquesa EL
Holiday home on a fenced plot of approx. 800m2. The garden is well-maintained with palm trees, orange trees and a variety of plants. 10x5m swimming pool with Roman steps and outdoor shower. The house has been recently renovated and consists of a living-dining room with TV/SAT, an American kitchen equipped with oven and washing machine, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with air conditioning and a bedroom with two single beds. A terrace with sea views and a patio with barbecue. Parking on the plot. Pets are allowed subject to prior consultation. Distance to the sea 4km, to the city centre and shopping possibilities 3km approx., and bars/restaurants 2km. A car is necessary.
According to municipal ordinance, barbecue with fire cannot be used from 1 June to 15 October.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Garten und Pool einfach herrlich!
Wir waren zu zweit ( 2 Erwachsene) 3 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus .Top Service von Carlosferien. freundliche und absolut schnelle Hilfe bei Fragen und z.B. Austausch Duschkopf. als wir dort waren war es in der ganzen Zeit einfach unglaublich ruhig. Das haben wir in vollen Zügen genossen.ob es immer so ist ,können wir nicht beantworten, da wir das erste mal dort waren.
Sehr gepflegter Garten,Pool schön groß
und gepflegt, Sonnenaufgänge und Untergang sehr schön, Bequeme Betten,
Für Gehbehinderte Personen geeignet.
Fliegengitter an den Fenstern was uns sehr gefreut hat.Der immer wieder auftretende Wind ( was wohl für Denia bekannt ist ) ,was andere vielleicht stört wir aber begeistert waren ,so dass ich ungestört mich am Pool aufhalten konnte ,ohne von Moskitos zerstochen zu werden. Den Gasgrill fanden wir toll.Einfache Bedienung, kein Säcke schleppen wie bei Holzkohle und Pflegeleicht,schmeckt genauso gut wie mit Holzkohle ( wir sind Profis im Burger zubereiten ) .
Zu erwähnen ist ,das dass Haus nur eine kleine Spülmaschine hat was für uns ausreichend war ( 2 Personen ,viel gegrillt). Herzlichsten dank nochmal an Carlosferien für den Service und auch an den Eigentümer .Wir haben uns
Eine neue Waschmaschine wäre super.
Kleine Spülmaschine , für mehr Personen schwierig.
Eine weitere Klimaanlage .z.B. Im anderen Schlafbereich ,evtl .sogar noch eine im Wohnzimmer.
Ausstattung noch erweiterbar,z.b. Topflappen ( dank Carlosferien behoben ) ,Wäschekorb war leider keiner da und ein Wäscheständer ( dann kann man die wärme des Wintergartens ausnützen ),allerdings alles nicht tragisch.
