Fully furnished – 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths, rancher with fireplace, central air/heat, wireless internet, and fully finished garden-level basement. This recently remodeled 2600 sq. ft. home sleeps 6.

Only 2 miles to I-25, and 7-minutes to the U.S. Air Force Academy 'North Gate'. Quiet, secure street in upscale Gleneagle subdivision only minutes to all services: supermarket, Walgreens, golf, beauty salons, Kohl's, Bass Pro Shop, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Top Golf, library, parks, hiking trails, & many restaurants.

Main level includes master suite (large king bedroom, jetted tub /shower bathroom & double vanity); LR with gas fireplace and TV w/ DVD, Pandora, and Netflix; formal DR with seating for 8+; guest full bath with shower/tub; laundry room with washer & dryer; and office. Enjoy our fully-equipped, premium cook’s kitchen with island and delightful breakfast nook.

Garden-level downstairs includes two bedrooms (1 King BR, 1 Queen BR) each with walk-in closet; full bath with large double vanity, tub/shower; Family Room w/ TV area, DVD and a 450+ film library; pool table; and a small office/reading alcove.

Wonderful "post Covis" get away

Had originally booked for Thanksgiving 2020 but due to travel restrictions had to rebook. Mr. Anderson was very helpful in working with us to ensure trip was completed. The accommodations were just as advertised - a beautiful setting in a quite neighborhood. Everything needed was readily available. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

WOW... WOW... WOW!!!! You will want for NO-THING at this beautiful and comfortable home! From the thoughtful basket of goodies that greeted us upon our arrival to the cheerful and inviting grounds.... this HOME has it all!! Our family felt immediately at home in this cozy, well appointed home. The entire family enjoyed our spacious rooms, family game/s night and having a "rec room" to play many rounds of billards! Great location - close to everything we needed. Bill and Nan went the extra mile for us too! From gathering a few morning foods for us (we had a very late night flight/arrival time with an early the next morning event...) to being extremely accommodating while we kept an eye on Dorian's (hurricane) path. Our hosts couldn't be more understanding of our perdicament. We simply cannot say enough wonderful and positive things about our accommodations and especially our hosts! Best place to stay in Colorado Springs!!! We will be back!!

Comfortable living in nice neighborhood

We stayed here for Parents' Weekend at the USAFA. It was the perfect fit for our family of 5. The house was very comfortable and the owners were very welcoming including having a gift basket of goodies for us when we arrived.

Convenient USAFA Commissioning Week house

This house is exactly as described. It was impeccably clean and orderly. For USAFA Commissioning Week, going to the base is a simple 10 minute drive without getting onto the main highway 25. The living room is comfortable and the dining table convenient. Downstairs the two bedrooms are private which was ideal for adult children. This house is an excellent choice for USAFA families looking for more room to relax together than hotel rooms can offer.

A perfect home away from home!

This was a perfect home away from home right near the north gate to the Air Force Academy allowing us to enjoy every minute of family time with our son! The home was well equipped and had everything we needed from kitchen supplies, amazing BBQ dinner on the back porch, to family game nights in the down stairs family room! The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for a large family to spread out in. Laundry accommodations were an added bonus. And must not forget the lovely welcome basket of snacks and wine left by he hosts when we arrived. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend from our family to yours!

This was truly a home away from home! We stayed here with three of our young children and all of us enjoyed the home inside and out. Great location for sight seeing, shopping, dining; and in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Bill and Nan were incredibly accommodating. I absolutely recommend staying here!

Perfect for our family

You cannot go wrong with this place. This house is emaculate, and in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The description on the website is exactly what you get. We were minutes from the Air Force academy, restaurants and grocery stores. Bill and his wife were great to deal with and intructions available on how to use everything in the house. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, and thankful for the hospitality that was shown to me and my family. I truly felt like I was home the week of our stay. Cheers
