Luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom terraced house situated just 600 meters from beautiful sandy beach Marineta Casiana. Small private housing complex with 12 terraced houses and a large community pool. All amenities in immediate surroundings. Ideal for family holidays.The villa is equipped with air-conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi.
Groundfloor: terrace, garden, lounge, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and utility room.
First floor: bedroom, bathroom with bath and spacious terrace.
The electricity costs are not included in the rent and have to be paid separately. The cost of the electricity consumption varies between 2 - 5 Euro per day (depending on the use of air conditioning). We ask a security deposit of 200 Euro to pay on your arrival in cash, which will be returned to you on the departure day also in cash.

Disappointed by the property, but very impressed with service from the manager

Whilst this has the potential to be a nice property, the decor and furniture are tired and do not reflect the description of "luxury". The photos must be several years old, and do not represent how the house is currently presented. These issues led us to deciding not to stay in the property, but from this point our experience was excellent. Jan, the property manager, dealt with our complaints very professiinally, and agreed to refund our booking in full. He has been true to his word, and we have now received our refund.

Super Lage, super Anlage

Die Anlage liegt an einer ruhigen Straße und ist super gepflegt. Der Swimmingpool wird nicht gechlort - da machte das Schwimmen so richtig Freude! Das Haus war tip top gepflegt - von der Küchenausstattung hätte es etwas üppiger sein können, hat aber dem Wohlfühlfaktor keinen Abbruch getan. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in das Haus gehen!
