About this property

This vacation home is located in the heart of beautiful Mission Beach, and has all the fun attractions and restaurants within walking distance! It has plenty of beach supplies, towels, linens, kitchen supplies, AC, washer/dryer, and other amenities to make this your home away from home.
The home is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the property. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 king, 2 queens). There are 2 balconies with beautiful Ocean Views and a BBQ!

This house is part of duplex that is just steps from the beach in Mission Beach. It is also just about 100 yards from Mission Bay. The house does have air conditioning!! We have free, high speed wifi throughout the house and flat screen smart TVs. We also provide a washer/dryer in the home.

The home has 2 units on the property and can be rented as a 5 bedroom. If you are interested, please let me know! We have a shared 2-car garage (one spot for each unit).

There is an additional $100 pet fee per stay, if you would like to bring your furry friend!

Break by the beach

We had a great time at the condo. The unit is clean and the kitchen well stocked. It’s nice to have a bedroom/bath on a second floor and to have ocean views from both balconies. Location is excellent - very close to beach, easy walk to Belmont Park and quick drive to Pacific Beach. The property manager was very quick to respond to questions. Would stay again.

Great property for families and couples

The house was very clean, well appointed, great beds, sheets and abundant towels. Very nice location and great place to stay.

Conveniently located

This place is close to both beach and bay. They have beach chairs and toys for everyone to enjoy. Our four year old had a great time playing at the bay as the water is very safe there.

Great location

Was overall a great place to stay. Location was amazing. Cleanliness could be better, bedding could be WAY better. The master with en suite bath had no TV, and sub par bedding at best. There were not enough trash bags or paper towels to last even 4 days, based on reviews I brought my own. Would be awesome to have some type of Tupperware or foil or baggies… anything to save food. Other than that, had plenty of beach stuff in garage and place was very comfortable for teenagers and a mom.

Great location!

We enjoyed the location but the property could use some TLC. Upon check-in we had issues with most of the blinds not working on the sliding glass doors but they immediately came out to fix them. We realized that first night the sheets were sandy in one of the bedrooms so we had to wash them before going to bed. Things were dusty including the blinds. The windows were all difficult to open and need replacing. The kitchen was poorly stocked with essentials and the cabinets need updating as they are original. We had ants in the kitchen which was frustrating. There were minimal places to hang towels or anything, which with this large of a place is difficult. More hooks and towel bars would be wonderful. The property manager was great to work with but the property needs a few upgrades to make it a stellar experience.
