The house is ideally located on the hills of propriano with stunning views over the Gulf of VALINCO. This one has an optimal position because it is located 500 m from the city center and 700 m from the beaches.
Despite its proximity to the city center, the house is excessively quiet because it is located at the end of a dead end and only neighboring residents can reach it by car.


The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 independent toilets:
- 3 of the 4 bedrooms have a sea view and 1 of the bedrooms overlooks the courtyard.
- 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor as well as two bathrooms (the bedrooms and bathrooms are separated from the living room by an independent corridor which allows them to be isolated from noise if a person is in the living room).
- Upstairs, the villa has a master bedroom with bathroom, terrace, and separate toilet.

All the rooms on the ground floor have two single beds which can be adapted as a double bed according to the wishes of the guests (sheets provided).

The villa has all the comforts:
