What makes this Apartment unique
The area is at few minutes walking from Saint Mark Square and close to all other main touristic attractions. The boat stop Arsenale, which relies you to the airport, is at only 3 minutes from the apartment. Arsenale area’s advantage is that of being very central but not yet spoiled by massive tourism. Maybe for its closeness to the Biennale Art Exposition (the “Corderie” entrance is just in face of the apartment), this part of the city is preferred by artists or advised travelers for its unique and still authentic charm. At 350 yd from the apartment you can reach the lively Via Garibaldi, with all its colored food shops (now rare in Venice!) and cafes where locals love to meet at evening for a chat or a spritz (a popular aperitif). This is the only “main street” of Venice, large and straight, built by Napoleon over a canal. From there, in the summer you can make a relaxing stop in the shadow at Giardini (the Public Gardens), or take a walk on the Riva dei Sette Martiri, the promenade along the lagoon, which serves also as a port for very important yachts. You will thus enjoy another authentic aspect of this marvelous city, apart from its countless Renaissance and Byzantine art treasures: its Marine vocation. (This year in May we will host the America’s Cup Regatta). Another spot unknown to tourists not far from Arsenale is the beautiful Gardens of Sant'Elena, a green harbor of peace from where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets over the city and see just opposite the coast of the Lido, the beach resort of Venice, with its Liberty luxurious hotels (where the International Film Festival is held every year in the beginning of September).

Pretty little apartment in Arsenale
Lovely little apartment in Arsenale with small but pretty courtyard garden perfect for breakfast. The apartment is well appointed with everything needed for a holiday in Venice. It was spotlessly clean ( this has not always been our experience with rental apartments) Its in a good location and close to shops on Via Garibaldi. The owner Cristina responded very quickly to our queries when booking and sent us all the information we needed when arriving in Venice. We would recommend this apartment to couples looking for somewhere quiet and a good base for exploring the city.
"This apartment is realy ...
"This apartment is realy nice looking, functional and cosy. The green spot of garden makes it also extra attractive. Shops with all you need to eat and drink is just around the corner. Couldn´t be better. We will for sure come back."
At 250 mt from the "Arsenale" waterbus stop, where lines from the Station and "Marco Polo" airport arrive.
At ten minutes walking from Saint Mark Square and most touristic attractions. Arsenale is a vibrant neighborhood still authentic and the site of many art exhibitions: the Biennale section of Corderie, Biennale Architecture and Biennale Theatre have their entrance just in front of the apartment. At 300 meters you can reach the lively Via Garibaldi, with all its colored food shops (now rare in Venice!). For a relaxing pause there is the near Giardini (gardens)in the shadow of secular trees, with playground for children. You can stroll along the Riva dei Sette Martiri, just outside the apartment, watching the whole Saint Mark Basin and admiring at close distance the tycoons' yachts moored. Few tourists know the beautiful Gardens of Sant'Elena, not too far, from where you can enjoy a spectacular sunset and see the coast of the Lido (Venice's elegant beach), at only three waterbus stops from Arsenale.
