What makes this property unique

Great Views from the lanai! You can enjoy mid-day sun on the lanai. It's so easy to fall asleep on the there anytime of the day or night. It's great just listening to the ocean and seeing the waves and boats on the water. Wailea Point Village is one of the best built Developments in all the islands. It was built to last for decades to come. Solid throughout. You have to experience it to believe it!
