Very pleasant stay

The house is in a beautiful location with a large terrace overlooking the sea. It is fully equipped and well cleaned. The owners were kind and gave us a lot of information. The nearby coasts are wonderful even if there are many tourists in August. The car is essential.

Gorgeous property

Superb host, always readily available. Stunning property in a highly desirable area near monte petrosu, close to all the stunning beaches and san Teodoro downtown, but away from noise. Very nice breeze given the house position. Very good parking space. Fenced in and secure for kids. Beautifully landscaped and maintained garden. Please read well the fine prints for the AC use so there are no unexpected questions. Highly recommended for families. Would come back again

Wonderful villa on a wonderful island!

We had a wonderful trip to Sardinia. The villa is fantastic. It is very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The terrace is huge with a lovely big table to eat outside and enjoy the glorious sea view. The garden is absolutely stunning - a little paradise. It is in a great location, very peaceful and near to several incredible beaches, which were less than 10 mins by car. The owners were lovely and very helpful. They really wanted to ensure everything was working. We would definitely come back here. We can't think of a more beautiful setting.

It was really a pleasure to host this wonderful family, very friendly, polite, nice and above all very neat, clean and attentive to the care for our home and very quiet, without disturbing the neighboring house. Pace e relax

Villa bifamiliare, suddivisa in 2 sia nel piano rialzato, sia nel seminterrato. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornarvi per 4 giorni (su6) da soli. Il silenzio e la pace che si respirava era davvero rilassante. La casa è meravigliosa anche se abbastanza isolata.

Wunderschöne Villa mit zauberhaften Ausblick

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht! Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto ! Die Strände in der Nähe sind etwas klein , der schönste Strand liegt ca 10 Fahrtminuten entfernt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Clienti perfetti per chi ha possibilità di poterli ospitare. Pur non avendo avuto la possibilità di conoscerli di persona, devo dire che abbiamo avuto un ottimo dialogo telefonico, sempre cordiale. Nella nostra abitazione abbiamo avuto un problema al frigorifero, che poi abbiamo risolto rapidamente con una telefonata. I nostri ospiti, sono sempre stati cordiali, molto disponibili e sempre rispettosi. Siamo davvero contenti di averli ospitati e se dovessero avere la possibilità di tornare in un prossimo futuro, Li ospiteremmo con grande soddisfazione.

Rundum großartig

Wir waren vor dieser Reise bereits 5 mal auf Sardinien - immer als Individualreise mit Ferienhaus. Bei keinem dieser Häuser haben Bilder und Beschreibung und damit unsere Erwartungshaltung im Vorfeld so gut zur Realität gepasst, wie bei Pieros Heim. Es sieht tatsächlich so aus, wie auf den Bildern. Alles ist extrem sauber, die Räume geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das ganze Objekt insgesamt sehr gepflegt und gut in Schuss. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Garten, der selbst im heißen sardischen Sommer eine Augenweide ist. Nicht zu vergessen an dieser Stelle ist die riesige und sehr schön geflieste Veranda, von der aus man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer hat. Hier haben wir viele Stunden verbracht und einfach nur den Blick in den Garten und in die Ferne genossen. Piero ist ein herausragender Gastgeber, der für uns immer kurzfristig erreichbar war und sich wirklich sehr darum bemüht hat, daß es uns an nichts fehlt. Als an einem Sonntag (!) der Kühlschrank schlapp machte, hat er bereits für den nächsten Tag einen Techniker organisiert, der das Problem gelöst hat. Einen derart engagierten Gastgeber hatten wir noch nie. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung, abseits des Trubels von San Teodoro. Wir empfehlen die Villa jedem, der nach einem Tagesausflug oder dem Besuch des Nachtmarkts in San Teodoro auch mal seine Ruhe haben möchte. Ein Auto ist hier zwingend erforderlich!

Il Sig. Matthias e la sua famiglia sono persone molto gentili e molto cordiali e precisi negli orari. Purtroppo non ho avuto la possibilità di conoscerli direttamente, ma la comunicazione con loro è sempre stata puntuale e precisa in ogni momento e quando abbiamo avuto il problema al frigo ( poi risolto rapidamente), sono stati gentilissimi e non hanno creato problemi. Inoltre sono stati molto rispettosi degli arredi e della casa, che hanno lasciato davvero in condizioni perfette. Se in futuro dovessero ritornare, saremmo molto lieto di poterli ospitare ospitare nuovamente, anche per poter conoscerli di persona. Davvero una famiglia splendida.

Ottima vacanza

Abbiamo passato una stupenda settimana di vacanza in famiglia (con 2 bambini di 4 anni) all'inizio di luglio in questa splendida villa a punta molara. La villa è divisa a metà in 2 appartamenti. L'appartamento riservato (mostrato nelle foto) è quello di destra. La casa è molto spaziosa e dispone di 2 stanze matrimoniali, 2 bagni, salotto con zona pranzo e una cucina ben rifornita di tutto il necessario (pentole, bicchieri, piatti, etc.). Vi è inoltre una grossa terrazza che dà sul giardino (tamite una piccola scala) e ha vista mare. In aggiunta, in accordo con il proprietario, è possibile riservare anche un monolocale seminterrato con un letto aggiuntivo matrimoniale. La casa è tenuta molto bene, pulitissima e in ordine. La casa comprende posto garage (quindi la macchina è sempre all'ombra). In cantina vi è anche una lavatrice e posto per appendere il bucato. Il climatizzatore è da pagare separato al check-out. Il check-in si è svolto senza intoppi. La sig. Antonella è stata disponibilissima a mostrarci la casa, a spiegarci il sistema di raccolta differenziata e a darci ottimi consigli sulla regione. La comunicazione sia con il proprietario Piero che con la Sig. Antonella è stata ottimale, entrambi gentilissimi e a disposizione per qualsiasi domanda/necessità. La casa si trova a 10min a piedi da cala ginepro (piccolissima spiaggia in fondo alla via) e a circa 5-10min di auto dalle principali spiagge nella zona di San Teodoro. Con in bambini piccoli siamo principalmente andati alla spiaggia "La Cinta", ottima dato che il mare è basso per un 20-30m prima di diventare profondo. La spiaggia dispone di un grosso parcheggio. A luglio conviente andare un po' presto se non si vuole camminare a lungo prima di trovare un posto sulla spiaggia libera (vi sono però anche diversi lidi dove si possono prendere sdraio e ombrellone in affitto). Il paese vicino (Monte Petrosu, 3-5min in auto) dispone di un piccolo negozio di alimentari dove si può trovare l'indispensabile e diversi ristorantini (a luglio è meglio riservare). Vi è poi un negozietto più grande a Lu-fraili (andando verso "La Cinta") o naturalmente a San Teodoro. Siamo stati contentissimi di questa vacanza e saremo felici di tornare a villa molara.

Il sig. Filippo e la sua famiglia sono persone molto per bene, cordiali e simpatiche. Molto puntuali sugli orari di arrivo e partenza e rispettosi delle regole della casa molto corretti senza arrecare nessun disturbo agli ospiti vicini. Una vacanza indimenticabile con la mia famiglia!

Siamo una famiglia con due ragazze di 12 e 14 anni. Abbiamo trascorso nove notti in questa splendida villa, siamo stati accolti con grandissima disponibilità dai proprietari, veramente molto gentili che ci hanno subito messo a nostro agio. La villa è inserita in un contesto da favola, in un ampio residence fatto di ville, molto tranquillo e silenzioso. La vista è meravigliosa, dalla ampia terrazza è possibile ammirare il mare in tutta la sua bellezza. In terrazza abbiamo fatto colazione e cene meravigliose guardando il mare. Il giardino è incantevole, ogni settimana sono presenti i giardinieri per la manutenzione, si possono ammirare bouganville, limoni e piante tipiche della macchia mediterranea in un prato verdissimo. La villa è arredata con molto gusto in stile sardo ed è equipaggiata di tutto il necessario, ha un ampio soggiorno, una grande cucina, due camere matrimoniali e due bagni; all’esterno è presente un barbeque per le grigliate. All’interno della proprietà sono presenti due posti auto. Il livello di pulizia è eccellente. Dalla villa è possibile raggiungere in poco tempo spiagge bianchissime con un mare turchese come Cala Brandinchi, La Cinta, Porto Taverna, Lu Imposti, e che sono fra le più belle spiagge della Sardegna. Tutte le spiagge hanno zone attrezzate e zone libere. C’è la possibilità di noleggiare un gommone, noi l’abbiamo fatto, per visitare la costa di Capo Coda Cavallo, Isola di Tavolara e Molara con le “piscine naturali”, una visita assolutamente da fare per vedere le splendide calettine raggiungibili solo dal mare. In un’ora è possibile raggiungere la Costa Smeralda e Palau. Consiglio assolutamente una vacanza in questo luogo incantevole!

Abbiamo avuto come ospiti una famiglia con 2 figlie che a definire splendida è poco. Puntuali all' arrivo, cordialissimi al primo incontro e durante tutto il soggiorno,, rispettosi e delicatissimi senza recare alcun disturbo agli ospiti vicini, aspetto questo non facile da riscontrare in famiglie e giovani, soprattutto quando sono in vacanza. Hanno apprezzato molto la struttura e gli arredi della casa e la hanno lasciata perfettamente ordinata , cosi come l'hanno ricevuta. È stato un privilegio averli conosciuti ed aver avuto la possibilità di ospitarli e per questo auguriamo loro ogni bene. Se poi in un prossimo futuro dovessimo avere l'opportunità di poterli ospitare nuovamente, sarebbero certamente i benvenuti.

Der Garten und die Terrasse des Hauses ist wirklich wundervoll.Es ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit.Mann muss in Kauf nehmen, auf das Auto angewiesen zu sein, um zu den schönen Stränden zu kommen,welche sehr nahe liegen.Der Empfang war sehr nett, und auch bei Problemen wird sofort geholfen.Das einzig Bemühende war der automatische Torschlüssel zum hineinkommen, welcher nicht immer sofort funktonierte, und etwas Geduld braucht, musste ausgewechselt werden, wegen Batterieschwäche.Vielen Dank, wir würden wieder kommen!

Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di ospitare questa famiglia e ne siamo veramente lieti. Molto cortesi, educati e riservati , senza aver mai recato nessun disturbo agli ospiti vicini. Se dovessero ritornare, li ospiteranno sempre molto volentieri. Per quanto riguarda le spiagge, nel nostro annuncio è scritto chiaramente che la spiaggia più vicina è piccola ed in prevalenza fatta di scogli, ma ritengo che le vicine spiagge, come Cala Brandinchi, Lu Imposti, Porto Taverna e La Cinta siano da ritenere fra le più belle spiagge della costa nord orientale della Sardegna.

Un angolo di paradiso

Villa Lilly è una splendida dimora situata in un contesto di pregio, vicina alle spiagge più belle della zona, dall'ampia terrazza si può godere della vista del mare. La villa è pulitissima, super accessoriata, gli spazi sono ampi ed elegantemente arredati. La terrazza è attrezzata con lettini, poltrone ed un ampio tavolo dove poter cenare ammirando il tramonto. La ciliegina sulla torta è il meraviglioso e curatissimo giardino. Un ringraziamento speciale al sig. Pierino e alla sig.ra Anna per la loro gentilezza ed ospitalità. Un grazie anche alla sig.ra Antonella per la precisione e competenza nella consegna delle chiavi. Consigliamo vivamente questa villa, sarà una vacanza indimenticabile!

Splendida e meravigliosa famiglia, molto educata, simpatica , piena di cortesia , rispettosa della casa e degli arredi e molto attenta a non creare disturbo alcuno alla villa accanto, tanto silenziosi che neanche si avvertiva la loro presenza. Gute Unterkunft

Wir hatten nur einen Teil des Hauses. Nebenan und in der Souterrainwohnung waren andere Gäste. Der Garten mit Grill und Aussendusche ist sehr schön.

Bis auf Kleinigkeiten alles gut

Haus und Garten sind wunderbar. Eine kurze Irritation ueber das dritte gebuchte Zimmer und etwas (ertraeglicher) Baulaerm konnten den Eindruck kaum trueben.

Lovely peaceful spot near beautiful beaches

Very comfortable house for a family of four and conveniently situated for beaches, restaurants and towns to explore. Very kind and attentive hosts. Beautiful part of Sardinia.

Vista meravigliosa, casa confortevole e molto curata, location tranquilla

Abbiamo appena lasciato la casa del Sig. Panzavolta e già ci manca. Casa molto curata, ideale per 5 persone, ok anche per famiglie di 7 persone. Cucina spaziosa dotata di lavastoviglie capiente, ben aerata, splendido terrazzo con un grande tavolo e numerose poltroncine, giardino incantevole. Per noi in particolare è stata la scelta ideale, potendo far trascorrere all’infortunato papà il periodo post operatorio godendo del caldo sole sardo comodamente seduto sulle sdraio della terrazza, ammirando la splendida vista su cala Brandinchi. Piccola ma tranquilla spiaggia a poche centinaia di metri, da dove si vedono l’isola della Tavolara e della Molara, ideale sopratutto in agosto quando le altre spiagge sono super affollate. Necessario l’uso dell’auto per raggiungere i vicini negozi (panificio, mini market, para farmacia, e ottima rosticceria- pizzeria). Insomma da ritornarci e da consigliare.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di poter ospitare questa splendida famiglia, molto precisa, educata, riservata, rispettosa della casa e degli arredi. Se poi in un prossimo futuro dovessero ritornare, saremmo davvero lieti di poterla ospitare nuovamente.

Tolle Villa, Spitzen Gartenanlage, Top Lage

Bereits zum zweiten Mal haben wir einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Sehr netter und freundlicher Vermieter und Hausverwalterin. Perfekter Urlaub ist nicht übertrieben. Tolle Strände liegen zwischen 10-30 min Autoweg entfernt. Resturants, Geschäfte, Bäcker alles im Umkreis von ca. 3-10 km. Villa liegt in einem ruhigen Feriengebebiet mit tollen Ausblick. Diese Villa kann man nur empfehlen, wir werden bestimmt nochmals buchen.

È stato veramente un piacere aver avuto la possibilità di ospitarli nuovamente nella nostra villa. Sono ospiti davvero speciali, squisiti, molto corretti e gentili ed hanno tutta la nostra stima. Se dovessero tornare, saremmo sempre lieti di poterli ospitare.
