We are a VRBO Premier Host

Once you set foot in our beautiful home, you will fall in love and never want to leave! The best of everything Nashville has to offer: location, style, and comfort! Meticulously decorated with luxury in mind. Elegant plush-down comforters in every room so you can sleep like a baby. Spa master bath with double vanity and bathtub. We also have a dedicated laundry room that features a front-load washer and dryer set. We also have a Pack-n-Play available for those visiting with little ones.

Located in the bustling, hot section of downtown called "The Gulch". Walk to the Best restaurants in towns, shops, bars, coffee, grocery store, wine store, Barre 3, Barrys Boot Camp and much more.. A short walk gets you to any of the hot spots, lowerBroadway (Honky Tonks), 12South, Germantown, Edgehill Village.

House sleeps up to 10 guests. 3bd 2.5 baths

Also, please run the dishwasher and start a load of towels. Don't worry about stripping the beds, we'll take care of that.

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as described—spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless. The beds were very comfortable with high-quality linens, which we really appreciated. A huge highlight was the coffee station; it was fully stocked with K-cups, tea, and all the fixings. The kitchen was also well-equipped with plenty of dishes and glassware. The neighborhood felt very safe, and having dedicated parking was a major bonus. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful home and great location to downtown. We loved the comfort of the beds. All communication with the owner was quick and easy. Check-in and out was strait forward and simple. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to make a few meals at home. The nice open floor plan of the downstairs, couch in the living room, and large dining room table were perfect for our group of 6. The back patio furniture could use an upgrade but otherwise everything was wonderful. Love the decor and lighting. Would stay here again when visiting Nashville.

We very much enjoyed a last minute get away to Nashville. The house was perfect for our needs. We loved the spacious home, and full kitchen was an excellent amenity for us. The host Michael was so prompt and helpful in reaching out to us and sending us a fantastic local itinerary. He also checked in on us while we were there. This house is located within "The Gulch" area of Nashville which is an amazing local vibe, and we walked down daily for drinks, food, shopping etc. The walk to Broadway/Music Row was manageable. We typically took uber back home if late at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Michael is an incredible host with an amazing home! My husband and I were in a last minute situation trying to find somewhere to stay during Thanksgiving week nearby Vanderbilt Hospital and Michael welcomed us with open arms! His home is not pet friendly, but he allowed our dog to stay given our emergency and his compassion and kindness will never be forgotten. It made a hard week much more manageable! I appreciated so much that he trusted us when it came to our dog to care for his home. The house is well stocked with EVERYTHING you could need. It is comfortable (the beds!!!!) and clean and in an awesome location. If/when we return to Nashville in the future we will rent again.

Perfect location to easily tour Music Row, Broadway and surrounding areas. Close to so many cool restaurants, shopping and endless entertainment. This home is welcoming, clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds, black out curtains and well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and kind. We hope to return soon!
