We are a VRBO Premier Host

Once you set foot in our beautiful home, you will fall in love and never want to leave! The best of everything Nashville has to offer: location, style, and comfort! Meticulously decorated with luxury in mind. Elegant plush-down comforters in every room so you can sleep like a baby. Spa master bath with double vanity and bathtub. We also have a dedicated laundry room that features a front-load washer and dryer set. We also have a Pack-n-Play available for those visiting with little ones.

Location

Located in the bustling, hot section of downtown called "The Gulch". Walk to the Best restaurants in towns, shops, bars, coffee, grocery store, wine store, Barre 3, Barrys Boot Camp and much more.. A short walk gets you to any of the hot spots, lowerBroadway (Honky Tonks), 12South, Germantown, Edgehill Village.

This luxury home is 2 story, 2200sqft
House sleeps up to 10 guests. 3bd 2.5 baths

-Bedroom 1 w/ primary bath: with Luxury king bed with 500 threat count linens and down comforters, TV. It's connected to the Master bathroom w/ Shower and separate jacuzzi bath. Plush luxury towels.

-Pull-out couch bed sleeps 2 Full Size. Located at open loft landing upstairs.

Also, please run the dishwasher and start a load of towels. Don't worry about stripping the beds, we'll take care of that.

A very nice property, lots of thoughtful touches, easy to find all of the things in the house that you might need. A well stocked kitchen. Michael is great at communicating. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place in a perfect location. Walking distance to a few bars and a short ride to Broadway. The beds were like clouds and we all slept great. Very quiet street and clean. We would stay here again.

The location of the house was perfect for us! Easy access to all the sights, tours, and things to do! Beds were very comfortable, the house was spacious and we loved having the A/C, laundry, and the on street parking was very convenient. We didn't even need to use the parking in the back. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Nashville! I marked down the cleaning just a little bit because the one king bedroom needed the carpet cleaned better it made the bottom of our feet pretty dirty. But the owner replied very quickly and offered assistance so I wish I could only ding it half a star. This place really is more 4.5 than a 4 for cleanliness. Everything else was perfect!

Our family of nine had a wonderful stay from July 24–26. Michael was an excellent host—quick to respond, very cooperative, and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. He even accommodated an early check‑in, which made our arrival much smoother. The property was clean, well‑maintained, and spacious enough for our group. We appreciated how easy and stress‑free the entire experience was. Highly recommend for families or larger groups.

The place was perfect for the 5 of us! Great location, well stocked kitchen (we had minimal needs), cozy couch and blanket… a few more throw blankets would have been great! Communication was outstanding, parking spots were super helpful. Last but not least… the master bed is sooo comfortable!!! We’ll be back for our next Nashville fix!
