Huis beschikte niet over basis equipment, zoals eettafel en stoelen voor terras buiten, ligstoel, keuken uitrusting voor 6 (bijv weinig komen, glazen, klein/individueel koffie apparaat, geen ovenschaal). Exact adres met naam van complex werd tot aankomst nooit gecommuniceerd, waardoor we lang moesten zoeken. We werden niet gewaarschuwd dat water verbruik beperkt kon zijn en laatste nacht/dag hadden we geen water meer! Terwijl we niet veel tijd in huis hebben besteed, dus relatief weinig water verbruikt...

Casa situata in posizione eccezionale. Tranquilla pulita, comoda per le nostre esigenze. Stanze spaziose, zona giorno comoda e agevole. Piscina molto bella!

Nice house with great pool

Spacious house with two lovely terraces perfect for enjoying the sunset over the opposite hills. Great pool nicely fitted within the hillside and garden. Private parking. Very considerate owner and helpful caretaker of the house. Great beaches closeby. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Siamo stati in questa villetta dal giorno 13 al 20 agosto e devo dire che ne è valsa davvero la pena... Posto tranquillo e riservato, ottima posizione in quanto a 3 minuti da porto cervo centro, zona ben ventilata per cui nn si sentiva molto il caldo, casa abbastanza ben curata con pochi ma buoni arredi, piscina condominiale veramente carina e sempre aperta 24h....non posso che parlar bene di questa struttura e posso dire che ritornerei volentieri

séjour très agréable

Très belle location spacieuse bien équipée, au calme et très bien située. Très bon accueil et en français avec quelques conseils pour éviter les pièges à touristes. Seul point négatif la piscine n'a été nettoyée que 2 jours après notre arrivée.

Soggiorno perfetto

La villa è molto confortevole, ben tenuta, con una bella veduta, anche se non sul mare, e davvero comoda per tutte le esigenze. Pochi scalini e si arriva alla piscina per chi non ha voglia di andare in spiaggia. Le stanze sono spaziose e con aria condizionata, insomma non manca nulla per un soggiorno perfetto. Noi eravamo in quattro e siamo stati benissimo, ma ci sono letti fissi per 6 e un divano letto con altri 2 posti. L'angolo cucina è comunque spazioso, anche se abbiamo sentito un po' la mancanza della lavastoviglie, ma è un dettaglio. Insomma davvero un soggiorno memorabile, anche grazie alla cortesia del proprietario.
