Excellentes vacances à 3 minutes de la mer. L'appartement offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour confortable et, dans le quartier, une ambiance italienne. Plage de galets propre et spacieuse. Communication rapide et efficace avec le propriétaire.

Belle appartement bien situé a deux pas de la plage , de la rue piétonne et au pied de la ville .Parking st roch payant au bout de la rue, 2 supérettes et une boulangerie a moins de 200 mètres Seule problème pas d ascenceur 3 étages on s' y abitu assez vite, sa garde la forme

Buon alloggio

Alloggio un po' piccolo per 5-6 persone in caso si abbiano bagagli (soggiorni medio-lunghi). D'estate è un po' caldo, tenendo le finestre aperte ci sono rumori da fuori la notte e la mattina presto. Posizione centralissima molto comoda. Parcheggio a pagamento vicino e comodissimo. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Sehr gut, aber...

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und ganz gut eingerichtet mit allem was man so braucht. Die Kommunikation und Empfang waren ebenso super. Eine öffentliche Garage ist 50m entfernt. Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber. Das haben wir mit dem Agent inklusive Bilder kommuniziert. Meine Frau müsste es selber komplett reinigen. Auf Nachfrage haben wir das Reinigungsgebühr nicht erstattet bekommen. Das finde ich überhaupt nicht in Ordnung! Des weiteren handelt es sich um die dritte Etage ohne Aufzug. Das steht nicht online, zumindest nicht auf der mobilen Seite. Mit 2 kleine Kinder ist das schon eine Sache. Außerdem ist die Wohnung nicht positioniert, so wie die Karte hier zeigt. Es ist schon deutlich weiter weg von einem Strand wo wir wollten. Aber trotzdem gute Lage. Das hätte man korrigieren sollen.

Buongiorno Nemanja, ti ringrazio della tua valutazione e degli aspetti positivi che hai sottolineato, sono rimasto però stupito che tu abbia riscontrato una non perfetta pulizia (è la prima volta che ci viene segnalata) e che non conoscessi la posizione esatta dell'appartamento e il fatto che si trovi al terzo piano senza ascensore. Entrambe queste indicazioni si trovano sul sito, ma forse non sono messe abbastanza in evidenza. Comunque noi ti siamo grati per il rispetto che hai avuto della casa e speriamo di poterti ospitare nuovamente in futuro.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé. Propre, bien équipé, bonne communication avec le propriétaire. A noter le 3ème étage qui ne peut correspondre à tout le monde.

Vacances agréables.

Logement fonctionnel, on s'y sent vite chez soi, très bonne situation (proches tous commerces) et accueil très sympathique. Juste une mésentente sur le stationnement. Nous avions compris à la lecture du descriptif, qu'il y avait un garage et un parking avec la location. Voici la reprise de ce dernier : Autres: Garage Sèche-cheveux Accès internet Planche et fer à repasser Location Linge Linge de maison fourni ... Parking Serviettes de bain ... Aspirateur Machine à laver Wifi Il faut se garer dans un parking public payant (juste au bout de la rue). Prévoir un peu plus d'une centaine d'euros sur le budget, pour un abonnement de 2 semaines. Mais la destination vaut vraiment le coup. Location à recommander.

Je suis vraiment désolé pour cette mésentente, mais j'ai vérifié mon annonce, sur le site italien, et il dit littéralement “parking gratuit (non privé) à 100 mètres” et “garage payant à 50 mètres”. Peut-être, sur le site français, le traducteur automatique a changé le sens. Merci beaucoup de votre indication, je vais essayer de changer l'annonce, afin de ne pas créer plus de malentendus.

Appartamento molto grazioso, dotato di ogni confort (ci sono pure alcuni libri da leggere!), impagabile la lavastoviglie e il servizio Internet gratuito, molto gentile il proprietario e il suo collaboratore. Coi colori dei muri ci sembrava di respirare proprio l’aria della Provenza! Torneremo di sicuro.
