Charming apartment: Beautiful azure sea view and Garden view in Hammamet

The apartment consists of a living room + 1 bedroom, it is located on the second floor with a sea view and the hotel garden which is opposite, the apartment is very well ventilated so that you don will not need air conditioning in summer, but there is still air conditioning in summer + central heating in winter. it is perfectly well equipped.
Ideally located in the city center of Hammamet: in the tourist area, exactly opposite the Bel Azur hotel.
The apartment is composed of a comfortably furnished bedroom, one with a large double bed which has a great sea view, a bathroom / Italian shower, the living room with 2 benches that can be used as a bed for 2 other people, a kitchen open American very well equipped.
Free internet connection is available, satellite TV, washing machine, coffee maker, gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, pots and pans, dishes ...

Note: Air conditioning: On only for July and August.
Central Heating: On only for December, January, February and March.
A great asset: a view of the Sea and at the same time you have a pleasant view of the large garden of the hotel opposite.
Our Apartments are near the most beautiful sandy beach in Hammamet.
They are close to all amenities (grocery store, restaurant, café, sandwich shop-pizzeria, pharmacy, bakery, etc.).

Logement relativement bien situé proche de nombreuses commodités. Appartement simple mais sans extérieur ni balcon. La vue mer et jardin ne concerne que certains appartements mais pas celui eu en location. Accessoires et services pour la cuisine sont sommaires et usés. La literie de la chambre à coucher était bonne, celle des lits d’appoints du séjour n’était pas très confortable. La propreté notamment au niveau des sanitaires devrait être plus soignée. Propriétaire sur place disponible et réactif.

L'appartamento che si vede in foto sul sito è un mix di diversi appartamenti disponibili senza che questo sia chiaramente detto. L'appartamento con la bella vista sugli alberi del giardino dell'hotel di fronte con il mare sullo sfondo è di un appartamento che ho avuto su mia richiesta solo per i primi giorni, poi l'ultimo giorno ho dovuto traslocare in uno più grande e più bello ma senza alcuna vista panoramica. La manutenzione di entrambi gli appartamenti è insufficiente ed ho fatto intervenire il proprietario perché non c'era acqua calda in cucina né luce. Comunque non è negativo come sembra. Il proprietario è estremamente cortese e disponibile ed ha accolto tutte le nostre richieste senza problemi. L'ubicazione degli appartamenti è in in quartiere tunisino non troppo turistico e per me è estremamente positivo. Il mare a pochi minuti è di spiaggia complessivamente ben tenuta. Peccato che hobtrovato una settimana di brutto tempo, ma ci tornerò. Basta solo al momento dell'ingresso in casa fare un controllo di tutti i rubinetti, interruttori, sanitari e attrezzatura della cucina e chiedere quello che si desidera al proprietario che sistema il tutto immediatamente.

Très bon Séjour

Parfait, appartements et services, l'accueil était chaleureux de la part de monsieur M. qui était très gentil , on a passé un Séjour très agréable dans un appartement de luxe (bien meublé très propre et bien équipé) les photos son identique à ce que vous trouverez sur place c'était très jolis avec une vue splendide sur la mer, la plage est a quelque pas de la résidence. l'appartement est très bien situé touts est a deux pas. Un grand Merci au propriétaire qui était sur place Je recommande vivement de prendre cette location vous ne le regretterez pas.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passer un très agréable séjour avec nos enfants dans ce beau appartement qui avais une très belle vue sur mer, l'appartement est propre, bien équipé, à deux pas de tous commerces, il y a aussi internet utile pour nos enfants. le propriétaire est très agréable serviable conviviale discret et la région est très accueillante et reposante a proximité de tous, si je reviendrais en Tunisie j'irais sans réfléchir dans ce même appartement c'est idéal pour nous et mes enfants ont garder un très beau souvenir merci pour tous.

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Hammamet qui a croisé avec la fête de l''Aid Elkbir en Tunisie ce qui nous a permis de découvrir et fêter avec la famille de Mr M. qui sont vraiment très gentilles et très accueillants... La l''appartement est super, fonctionnelle, dans un bel environnement paisible et idéalement située à 15 min à pied de la médina, proche de toutes les commerces. ont c''est bien reposer. Le propriétaire est charmants et donnent beaucoup de renseignements et de conseils très utiles sur Hammamet et la région. Nous conseillons cette location sans aucune hésitation."

"Petite agréable résidence dans un cadre calme et paisible, Le matin quand tu ouvre la fenêtre de la chambre tu vois la mer avec le soleil qui brille au-dessus en plus de la verdure du magnifique jardin de l''hôtel jute en face vaiment c''est extra. L''appartement est tout a fait conforme a l''annonce, joliment décorée meublée et climatisé, tout est à proximité, la plage est à 5 minute à pied juste en face de l''appartement, équipements de confort TV satellite, vaisselle, cafetière, micro-onde et surtout la machine à laver qui était vraiment utile pour tout les locataire... En plus Le propriétaire est d''une extrême gentillesse, disponible pour rendre service à ses clients et de les donnée de très bon conseils quant aux visites à faire dans le coin... Nous avons passé un excellente séjour vite passé mais nous sommes sure d''y revenir dans un avenir très proche pour un plus longue séjour Finalement nous recommande vivement cette location aux personnes désirant passer un bon moment à Hammamet."
