Coqueto apartamento estudio en Sevilla centro

Ha sido una experiencia totalmente satisfactoria en todos los sentidos. Los dueños fueron ,en todo momento super atentos y encantadores. Según llegamos al aeropuerto nos llamaron, para darnos la bienvenida y las indicaciones, genial todo. Atentos x si necesitabamos algo. Quedamos encantados. Todo ésto sumado a que nos encantó Sevilla y nos vamos con mucha pena

Gracias por su comentario. Normalmente es un sitio muy tranquilo pero ellos fueron durante la semana de la feria de abril y supongo que el vecino estaría de vacaciones o tendría algún invitado y llegarían tarde por las noches. Siento las molestias.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location

I found that the apartment had everything I needed for my two-week stay. It is inside an inner yard, so it's well shielded from the street noise if there is any. The location was perfect. I was able to walk everywhere without having to taking the public transportation. And it's only 15/20 taxi/bolt ride from the airport.

Nice studio in a great part of the city

This studio is great! It's in a nice apartment building with beautiful patios. It's also near the Alameda, which has a ton of great restaurants. The wifi was also very fast. The apartment was a great stay!

Good place to stay

This is the first time we rent a place and I must say, we appreciate the peace and quiet, and is affordable too- for one month stay, the place is near the Seville town Centre and Triana on the other side of the bridge.

Appartement très bien situé, bien équipé, au calme. Isabel est très accueillante, elle nous a très bien reçu (elle parle très bien français) et nous a donné des conseils pratiques pour notre séjour. Très bonne literie. Le petit plus est la terrasse collective sur le toit de l’immeuble… Nous recommandons vivement ce studio.

Excelente lugar y trato.

El estudio es bastante apañado para una persona y está en uno de los centros neurálgicos de Sevilla, junto a la alameda de Hércules y la Iglesia de San Lorenzo. El estudio está suficientemente equipado con todo lo necesario para la estancia. La atención recibida por Isabel ha sido magnífica.

Coqueto estudio en el centro de Sevilla

He pasado tres días muy agradables en el estudio de Isabel. He viajado sola y he tenido todo lo necesario para sentirme casi como en casa. El estudio está muy bien situado junto a la Alameda de Hercules,un barrio muy animado y centrico,teniendo bares,restaurantes,supermercados,farmacias.... a un paso. El estudio da a un patio bonito y tranquilo que es muy agradable. Tiene unos bancos para poder salir fuera a leer o simplemente para tomar el sol estos dias tan frios. Ya estuve el año pasado en otro piso de Isabel pero al venir sola esta vez queria algo mas pequeño y la verdad es que volveré a repetir experiencia con ella. Muchas gracias de nuevo y hasta la proxima.

Buona la posizione ma la casa ha bisogno di una bella manutenzone.

Buona la posizione e gentile la proprietaria purtroppo la casa è molto usurata ed avrebbe bisogno di una manutenzione adeguata. La casa era molto fredda e la proprietaria avrebbe dovuto riscaldarla in anticipo, il termoventilatore non funziona adeguatamente ci abbiamo messo due giorni a riscaldare la casa considerando che è piccolissima e un po umida probabilmente essendo al piano terra. Il termoventilatore è molto rumoroso quindi durante la nostte non può rimanere acceso. L'unica finestra ha la molla della maniglia rotta quindi può essere accostata ma non chiusa e questo d'inverno fa la differenza, i bagni all'inizio mandavano cattivo odore probabilmente perchè non usati da tempo e il bidè non scarica bene. La casa era sufficientemente pulita, il letto è messo di traverso quindi è molto largo ma non troppo lungo....insomma la proprietaria che è molto gentile spero tenga conto e vada a verificare counque per lo stesso prezzo abbiamo trovato delle sistemazioni ineccepibili.... purtroppo mi trovo costretta a sconsigliare questa casa.

No comprendo este tipo de comentarios. Solo tienen que mirar el resto de comentarios que son muy positivos. La casa no es fria,tiene un aparato nuevo frio -calor muy potente que calienta el estudio en muy poco tiempo porque es pequeño. La ventana la he revisado y no está rota,el baño no huele mal,las camas son de 90 centimetros * 1'90,no comprendo por qué dicen que son cortas porque ademas ellos no eran altos. Lo único que si estaba un poco atascado era el bidet pero se ha solucionado muy facilmente echando sosa caustica y ya traga bien. Ellos no contactaron conmigo en ningún momento para informarme de esos problemas. Para lo unico que contactaron fue para preguntarme si podían salir a las 17h del apartamento porque tenían un vuelo tarde y yo como no tenía ningún cliente después les dije que sí,que se fueran cuando quisieran. INCREIBLE! Tengo una persona de mantenimiento que va muy rápido para ese tipo de problemas. La casa tiene mucho mantenimiento. Se pinta cada año y se renueva todo lo que está mal. De hecho se ha puesto un extractor muy bueno en el baño porque al no tener ventana necesita una salida de olores al exterior y compré el mas caro porque queria que fuera lo mas silencioso posible y el termo también es nuevo. Que sabrá ella el mantenimiento que tiene la casa o deja de tener? Lo mas gracioso es que mencione la relación calidad-precio. Al ser Enero pagaron un precio mas reducido. Se pensarían que estaban en un hotel de lujo al pagar esa cantidad. Espero no volver a tener este tipo de cliente jamas. En 10 años gracias a dios no los he tenido porque nadie que no lleve un negocio se puede imaginar la impotencia que se sufre con este tipo de comentarios. Gracias a todos los viajeros por comprender que es un comentario aislado y darme un voto de confianza porque mi mayor satisfacción es tener a los clientes felices.

Appartement idéal pour visiter Séville.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'accueil, le lieu, les commodités, la proximité des points à visiter dans Séville. Notre hôtesse nous a aimablement attendus tard le soir de notre arrivée car notre vol avait du retard. Nous avons aussi été conquis par l'ensemble des bâtiments se succédant autour de patios très agréables et typiques de la ville et de la région. Quant à Séville : nous avons été absolument charmés !

The owner was very helpful & we were in walking distance to most major attractions. For those further afield it was a short walk to the Hop on Hop off bus. Good restaurants also within walking distance. The beds & pillows were less than satisfactory.

Joli studio au fond d'une courette sėvillane très calme. Le quartier est tranquille aussi et en même temps proche de lieux animés .Le studio est très agréable à vivre,la literie très bonne ,la salle de bains spacieuse.Petite amélioration å apporter peut être au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine un peu insuffisants.Nous avons été enchantės par notre séjour à Séville et nous recommandons ce studio.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, ideal for two people. Isobel was very helpful and friendly. The terrace was lovely but I think it should be pointed out on the site that it is a shared terrace up 3 flights of stairs, I was disappointed it was not accesible from the apartment.

Petit studio ,bien agencé situé au calme

Studio dans une rue calme d'où on peut se déplacer facilement à pied pour visiter tous les sites . Nous avons trouvé Séville très vivante ,impressionné par la foule le soir et magnifique en cette saison avec les illuminations. Nous recommandons les tapas au marché Feria à deux pas de la place Alameda de Hercules.
