Gorgeous Views, Creekside, Walk to Town

Located just 100 feet to the nearest Trolley Stop. The condo is about 3/4's of a mile to downtown - many guests easily walk to the strip. Seasonal outdoor pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Lets face it, most of the condos in Gatlinburg are older and not in that great of shape. If you are looking for a Luxury condo and don't really want to spend as much as a cabin then Gatehouse condo 704 is perfect for your vacation.

A place where you can relax and be just minutes from the action downtown or in the National Park. Located walking distance to downtown this unit features plenty of spots to stretch out and relax depending on your mood. Perhaps you can read a book on the leather sofa in front of the gas fireplace or you can sit out on the terrace and admire the sights and sounds of the creek below.

With 2 king suites, each with their own bath, your condo has the perfect layout for 2 couples, a family with kids -and- it's even cost effective and cozy enough for just a couple getting away on a romantic mini-cation.

The cabin includes Cable TV, Free wireless internet and a washer / dryer for your convenience.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Our favorite part of the stay was the view from the balcony. The condo is very close to the action but the view from the balcony took me to a feeling of piece. Great location for a balance of serenity and nightlife! Would definitely stay here again and again!

The condo was beautiful and really large. The kitchen was huge and had all the amenities. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the creek running below. The correspondence with the owner was great. The building itself was well kept and immaculate. We would definitely stay here again. If there was a downfall, it would be the proximity to the downtown area. It was much further from town than we had anticipated.
