Very nice apartment comfortable for 4 people situated in a quiet neighborhood, halfway between the lovely and lively town center and resort hotels with swimming beaches and city .Centre, shops, swimming and all centers interest accessible by foot. Local shops 5mn Supermarket and take away very practical accessed quickly .Compte Given the location of the neighborhood, all the visitor attractions of Funchal and the island are accessible by car without going through the city traffic.
Apartment on the ground floor in new building has a panoramic terrace of 25m2 on valley with views of mountain and sea, the morning sun and shade during the hot hours, direct access from living room and kitchen. We can take all meals and relaxation in outdoor dining area and living room. Within the walls of the building made safe playground area for children

netter Aufenthalt in Funchal

schöne Wohnung, toller Balkon, gute Einrichtung. Trotz vorhandener Tiefgarage und im Inserat angegeben Parkplatz muß man sich täglich selbst um einen Platz für das Auto kümmern, da die Tiefgarage nicht zur Verfügung steht. Leider war auch das Bad vor Anreise nicht gereinigt worden, Schade

Attention to safety and cleanliness need it .

Perfect location but sadly we encounter to many disappointments with the cleanliness of the apartment from finding left over rubbish from previous occupiers we then found ants everywhere due to the lack of cleaning , we found ants everywhere in the kitchen. The bathroom also was disappointing , the access to the shower was very awkward to get in and although we aren’t big people still not enough space to get in comfortably . Concerns over safety regarding fire protection as there was no fire blanket on the kitchen or fire extinguisher to use in case of fire . All of this points can be easily corrected and will prevent any accidents .

Apparment and location is good.

Apparment is nice,clean and good. Balcon is big. Bedrooms are big and also the livingroom. Location is good. We can walk to center and coast. Bus stop is near. Parking on street was ok. Colours and paintings inside are nice.

Clean & spacious stylish apartment - beautiful!

Easy to locate as near big hospital 5 mins walk away (little supermarket there open until 9.30pm) & near football stadium on a quiet street. Stunning view of the mountain to front & sea to the right. Larger corner style balcony. My children loved the play area outside the apartment block & the DVD player at night. WiFi signal, washing machine, gas hob, oven/grill, iron & shower pressure were all excellent. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to central Funchal (downhill, passed the stadium then turn left when you reach the main road), We mostly got a taxi back (€6 approx) after busy days walking about with kids. A lovely home from home!

Bel appartement, bien équipé avec une jolie terrasse. Il faut compter une petite demie heure pour aller au centre ville à pied, mais attention au retour ça monte. Néanmoins, si vous êtes habitué au calme, l'environnement est bruyant.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, accueil agréable, appartement tout confort et bien situé. Mais : dans votre annonce il faut retirer "Parking" car il n'existe pas, il faut chercher une place dans la rue pour garer sa voiture. en périphérie du centre ville, permet de rejoindre rapidement les lieux touristiques et le centre ville a pied (~30 min). Pas de place de parking attribuée mais toujours de la place dans la rue. Une belle et grande terrasse mais un peu trop bruyante a cause de la circulation.

Magnifique appartement : que ce soit l'espace, la propreté, la décoration avec un très bon goût, la literie très confortable, de belles terrasses très bien aménagées, le calme, les places de parking à proximité, supermarchés pas très loin. On se rend très vite à Funchal (1/2 h à pied) et on a accès aux voies rapides très facilement pour se rendre sur toutes les autres destinations de l'Ile.

Un appartement très confortable, bien entretenu où nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Toutes les information qui nous avaient été communiquées nous ont permis d'arriver en peu de temps à destination et d'y trouver une personne relais très agréable et compétente. De plus l'appartement est bien situé, à quelques minutes de marche du bord de mer et de la promenade du centre ville de Funchal.

Very nice apartment nice view of the mountains form balcony very clean great kitchen and facilities ,all round a good place to stay there was a small shop up the road which was very handy we did cook quite a few meals in the apartment which was very nice, just one thing there was no iron for our stay but did have one brought to us later on, also because the weather was cooler than usual it was cold on the balcony for the whole stay and no sun on the balcony either so at night in the room it was chilly we did ask for a heater but never got one, a bit of a shame we were there for 4 weeks, still we had a great time we celebrated our Birthdays Christmas and New Year it was lovey in the sun walking down into Funchal. please note it is a very steep hilly island so we used taxes and buses and did 3 tours to get around the island . a most lovely holiday and had a great time.

Rien à dire si ce n'est un petit point de détail. Nous avons été présent une seule fois en début d'après midi et avons entendu biper au niveau de la machine à laver et du chauffe eau... Inquiétude mais après une écoute attentive, cela vient de l'arrosage automatique. On conserve l'adresse car il se peut que nous revenions à Madère. Nous avons aimé !

L'appartement est très agréable, tout confort et au calme. Le linge de lit et de bain est à disposition ce qui est pratique. Le propriétaire est très sympa et nous à donné toutes les indications dont on avait besoin. On peut garer sa voiture en toute tranquillité sur le petit parking en face de la résidence. On se rend très vite au centre du Funchal, et sur toutes les autres destinations de l'île. C'était vraiment une belle semaine de vacances!

Gostamos todos da casa!!!

Gostamos muito da casa. É exactamente como está nas fotografias. Muito limpinha e confortável. Fica situada numa zona muito tranquila, sendo que para ir ao centro da cidade a pé é um pouco cansativo, pois são só subidas e descidas. Mas na Madeira, tudo é a subir/descer. Existe estacionamento gratuito junto ao prédio. Recomendo a casa do Sr. Jean.

Très bel appartement. Très confortable et très bien aménagé. Superbe vue de la terrasse. Séjour super. Dépaysement total. Des randonnées avec paysages époustouflants. Les habitants de l'île sont très accueillant et font l'effort de parler la langue de leurs interlocuteurs. Agréablement surpris par la propreté des rues. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
