Isolated and quiet but at the same time close to other homes and everything you may need, Villa MiraScopello represents the ideal place to spend a relaxing and unforgettable holiday. The area in which it stands is one of the most beautiful areas of Castellammare del Golfo, much appreciated by both tourists and residents. Villa MiraScopello, in a modern, simple and delicate style with its six double bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a 100 m2 kitchen-living room, a large terrace and a wooden veranda equipped with every comfort, will allow you to forget the stress of life daily for the entire duration of your holiday. As you can see from the photos, the villa is located 8 minutes from the famous village of Scopello, 3 from the splendid bay of Guidaloca and 5 minutes from the beautiful village of Castellammare Del Golfo. The villa is managed by the same owners, Ugo Pisciotta and his wife Deborah, available and experts in the tourism sector and ready to try to solve any problem that may arise. Cost for any heating of the villa to be paid on site: 3 euros per hour.

We had an excellent week at the villa. The pool was a highlight and was used every day. We also made good use of the barbecue and the outdoor terrace which had wonderful views of the sea and inland.

We were a group of 11 celebrating my 60th birthday, and we had the most amazing time at the Villa. Ugo and his wife were also amazing, very helpful, and always available when we needed any help or had any questions. We spent every day by the pool, and had the best fun. Most definitely will be returning one day, our first time to Sicily for all of us and it was an amazing experience, thank you Ugo xx

We were a group of 11 (6 adults, 5 children aged 5 to 10) any ugo’s villa was perfect! The view is even better than in the pictures and it is an easy short drive to local castellamare del golfo. Ugo was a gracious host, he helped us arrange on-site pasta making course and a boat trip down the coast. We were unfortunate that the weather the week before we arrived was unseasonably cold (7-8 degrees Celsius with hail and rain) so the pool, despite being heated, took a few days to warm up. However, being British the kids were in there anyway and it didn’t take too long for the heater to bring it up to a nice temperature. The villa was clean and well appointed.The only negative thing was that some of the mattresses were uncomfortable. Thank you Ugo for a great stay.

Wonderful place

We were three generations , twelve persons in the house everything was just exellent, the pool is simply wonderful, the kids were swimmig and playing, and the spa was relaxing.We had great pleasure in the outdoor kitchen, the terrasse and the sunbeds. Its fine that there is a bathroom for every sleeproom.The bakery/restaurant just two hundred meters away is also very fine, we often had our lunch there.

Beautiful pool with a view

We enjoyed the stay. The best part is the large pool,view and Location. The house is OK but basicly equipped. Ugo was very friendly and always responded quickly. There were many issues with electricity that didn’t get solved despite all Ugos effort.

Thanks to Ugo and Deborah for the hospitality. The exterior of the house is the highlight - an area with views (fantastic to wake up to) and space for lounging, dining, BBQ. The house layout is very practical. All bedrooms had their own bathrooms, dishwasher and washing machine available, and the living area is also very spacious. Location is also very nice - centre of Castellammare Del Golfo is only a few minutes away by car, as are a number of beaches and lido's. It is also a good area for hiking or long walks. Recommended! We (8 adults) recently stayed at this villa, we were greeted by Ugo and his wife who were very helpful. The villa itself is amazing with a fantastic pool and outdoor area (including a BBQ/kitchen area) with spectacular views of the coast. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed and the air conditioned bedrooms were also welcome. It was a short drive to Castellammare del Golfo with a beautiful marina and amazing restaurants, there were also lovely beaches just a few minutes drive away. In addition, a pizzeria 2 minutes walk from the villa makes amazing pizzas and the most delicious freshly baked filled croissants (cornetti) we have ever had. All in all, I highly recommend this villa, we would love to stay there again.

Beautifully located villa

This villa offers a spectacular view of mountains and sea and is breathtaking at any time of the day. The villa is very spacious and catered for all my families needs. There is an amazing BBQ area and plenty of room to lie in the sun. There is also a lovely shaded area with lots of seating. The swimming pool is fabulous with the added bonus of a spa and we spent hours cooling down in the water. There are steps down into the pool which was great for anyone with mobility issues. The aircon in the bedrooms is also a bonus after a hot day in the sun. Ugo and Deborah are lovely hosts and kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had the best holiday. The villa is well equipped with cutlery, plates, cups, glasses and pots and pans. Beds were comfy and it was great to have so many bedrooms with en suite facilities. We would most certainly stay here again.

Vacances en famille dans une superbe villa

Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de vacances avec nos enfants et petit-enfants dans une villa très bien située et très agréable à vivre (grands espaces, barbecue très fonctionnel et bien entendu superbe piscine,....) A noter que nous avons été acceuilli par les propriétaires en personne et qu’ils ont été à notre écoute pour que l'on profite au maximum de notre séjour en Sicile. De très bons souvenirs.

Fint hus med bra läge

Huset ligger bra beläget på en höjd mellan Castellamare och Scopello. Bästa stranden (Guidaloca beach) nås på bara 5minuter med bil. Från uteplatsen med den stora poolen är det en fantastisk utsikt. Vi var 12 personer (8 vuxna och 4 ungdomar) som bodde i huset. Perfekt med många sovrum med egen toalett och dusch.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ugo. Accueil chaleureux, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos demandes, de très bons conseils sur les environs de la villa. La maison est moderne, spacieuse, très bien située (proche de la réserve du Zingaro) au calme et proche de toutes commodités. Supermarchés, boulangerie, produits locaux à proximité. Sans oublier la très belle piscine à débordement. Nous recommandons cette maison pour un séjour dans les environs de Castellammare del Golfo. Nous y retournons sans hésitation. Grazie di tutto Ugo. E stato une bellissima settimana.

Il sito è collocato in una posizione strategica nei collegamenti ed eccezionale come panorama. Massima fruibilità della piscina a tutte le ore e ampio spazio esterno comodo e vivibile. Ben posizionati i diversi ambienti su due livelli. Solo l'accesso in auto, in salita, è un pò scomodo perchè non ancora pavimentato, ma con attenzione è praticabile. Buona la dotazione di attrezzature in cucina.

Great location with several beaches and villages within a short drive. The view from the house is spectacular, with a great outside area for sun, eating, bathing etc. Hosts were very welcoming and also available and helpful if needed. Well equipped kitchen, everything in the house was clean and delicate. A good thing there was bathrooms with all the bedrooms. All over, a great stay in a beautiful house!

Amazing!

The house was really good and was perfect for us as a big group. Ugo really helped us with everything from booking the best restaurant in Castellammare to get the extra things we needed for the house. The view from the house was amazing and we loved the area! So many things to see and a really good beach nearby! We hope to come back soon!
