This spacious home has a private driveway with nearly an acre of land and includes spectacular views. Nestled in the Top of Skyway neighborhood, this large home is ideal for family vacations or corporate sponsored living. This ranch style home is fully furnished with 4,106 square feet and 5 large Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, sun-room and attached 3 car garage. The living room contains large windows providing excellent light. Sleeps 10 to 12 people comfortably. Central heat and air with humidifier included.
This beautiful privet ranch style home includes:

* 2 master Bedrooms on the main level (1 king and 1 queen size bed). The main master bedroom has own Flat Screen TV, DVD player and cable.
* 3 Bedrooms in downstairs (2 Queen and 1 King). One full bath and large entertainment area with Flat Screen TV, DVD player and cable, bookshelf, games available. 1 Futon sofa bed in downstairs can open to a full size bed.
* Over-sized living-room with tall window surrounding views. Gas fireplace keep you cozy in the winter. A Wet bar with wine glasses for your convenience. A large flat screen TV and stereo in the entertainment section, CDs and DVDs for entertaining or just relaxing.
* 1st 16x 40 master bedroom features two large walk in closets and a beautiful 5 piece bath with double sink vanity, Jacuzzi jetted tub and large walk in shower and toilet. The best place we have stayed

This large beautiful home is in a very convenient location. It close to the city park, dog park, restaurant, gas station, supermarket..... Also, the house is in a quirt neighborhood with a lot of trees and deer. Our big family enjoyed the trip in Colorado Springs. We would like to go back again and hope we are able to rent this beautiful house again.

Fabulous property and owner

Our family gathered together for a family wedding in Colorado Springs and this property was a true gem. The owner and property manager are extremely attentive and responsive and the house comes well stocked and equipped so that we truly felt like we were in someone's home. It snowed during ouur visit and we enjoyed sitting by the fire and looking out at the beautifully scenery and view. Can't recommend this property enough!

Perfect for any occasion

Mali’s home was perfect. We were in town for our son’s graduation from the Air Force Academy. The home was conveniently located in a beautiful neighborhood. Amazing vacation home

This home was amazing and extremely comfortable for my family and extended family. There were 10 of us in total and we had plenty of room and all of the amenities we needed to have a great vacation. Mali made sure we had everything in order and provided a very well maintained home in a prime location. We loved being so close to Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, and many other area attractions. In the mornings we sat and watched the dear snack on the foliage. Our kids loved having the wildlife around! I would highly recommend Mali and her beautiful home to anyone looking to experience the Colorado Springs area in style. We will definitely be back!!

A group of old college friends stayed here for a reunion. What a great place to stay. Plenty of room for all of us! The rooms were larger than normal size and the beds were comfortable. There is lots of space on the main level to sit around as a group to chat. We ate many meals here and found the kitchen to be large and spacious. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a location to stay in Colorado Springs. At just 10 minutes from downtown, Broadmoor Hotel and parks. you can't beat it! Excellent!!! We love it!!

Very nice property.

The property worked very well for our family. We had 11 people aging from 25 to 83. It was nice that the bedrooms were off the main living area. We tended to gather in the kitchen/breakfast area and made use of the sun porch. The location is great for touring local spots. It was a little tricky driving through the neighborhood to get to the house, but we had it down after a couple of days. The kitchen could use a good fry pan and there weren't any butter knives. Other than that, the house had everything we needed.

This is an awesome house to rent in the Colorado Springs area. The location is perfect for so many different activities. The house is very large and comfortable. Two bedrooms upstairs and three bedrooms down. The living room is cozy with a big leather couch and nice TV. Very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Nice views of the mountains and we saw deer on the driveway and in the backyard on two occasions during our stay! Mali has done a nice job supplying the house with everything we needed. Having space to spread out is a must when traveling with kids. This house was a perfect fit for our family.

large house, surrounded by nature

I rented this house with two friends and our 7 daughters. We were in town for an ice skating competition. The house was very clean with nice, large bedrooms. There was lots of room for the kids to play and hang out downstairs while the adults hung out upstairs. We loved the setting as the house was very private and surrounded by nature. We saw deer in the yard several times during our stay. We were able to meet the owner, Mali, during our stay due to an AC problem that Mali quickly had fixed. She couldn't have been nicer :) The Wi-Fi, Netflix and current magazines made the stay even more comfortable.

50th Anniversary

We were in the Springs celebrating our parents 50th anniversary. Although there we only 7 people staying in the home and quite comfortably, for dinner we would have at least 20 people at the home. The accommodations of being able to sit in the kitchen, large dining table and/or outside made it wonderful to be able to visit with everyone and just relax. Waking up in the morning and enjoying the large couch with the surrounding windows and being able to look at the amazing views was like being in your own tree house. One night as we were in the backyard we had a few deer join us. All around the home was just perfect for our stay and very comfortable. A quick 10 mins to the zoo, seven falls, cliff dwellings, old Colorado and/or Garden of the Gods. Thank you so much! We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful, spacious, eclectic house

We really enjoyed our visit. The house was great, beds were comfortable, the owner was a pleasure to work with, and the area has lots to do. Grocery store and attractions are about 15 minutes away by car. No complaints - we'd gladly return.

Roomy and clean! Just Perfect!

The lovely home was perfect for our large crowd of 7 adults and 3 children(plus a fur baby)! So much room to roam around and plenty of bathrooms. Every room was spotless! We all enjoyed seeing the daily visits from the deer. Most importantly, the access to sightseeing and activities for our 8 night stay was so convenient. We couldn't have found a more perfect place for our group. The sunroom was such a great bonus - adults put puzzles together late into the evening while enjoying the cool outside air-lots of laughs and memories were made for sure. I would definitely stay here again. I recommend Mali's beautiful home to anyone visiting the Springs area.

The owner Mali was wonderful to work with and her home had every convenience that was needed to make our stay very enjoyable! The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood where we enjoyed watching the deer graze in the morning and some evenings! From the welcome basket to the well equipped, clean accommodations—we felt very much at home! We loved hanging in the kitchen nook while enjoying the beautiful scenery and the great room was so spacious and comfortable for family fun! Spacious Upgrade

Spent our 2nd Christmas in a row here . 5 bedroom on two levels gives everyone a place to visit together or retreat in peace while several can cook in kitchen . The house is clean , comfortable and located with amazing views & deer that visit ! You won’t mind getting snowed in - eight adults had so much room - we would have to go looking for each other ! Love it ! Owner is great to work with - she made these Texans feel like her home was ours

Great space for the whole family!

We were here for a wedding at the Broadmoor. With everyone needing to get ready for wedding events three days in a row - Welcome reception, Rehearsal Disney and the actual wedding - the space was great. No one had to wait for a shower, hair dryers where they needed to be and a comfortable place to relax and wait for the last one to be ready! We had a wonderful time and would love to have an opportunity to return.

I moved from Los Angeles to Colorado Springs in 1997 and have been very involved with our community. I absolutely love this beautiful city, clean air and friendly people. I am sure you will love it too.

I am very proud of what this home has turned into. It has housed my family for almost 20 years. Now that my son has left to create his own adult life, I feel very blessed that I can still continue to create more wonderful memories that not only for my self, but for other's as well!

What makes this property unique

What originally sold me on this property was the privacy, and grand driveway. It gives the home a luxurious feel right off the bat! The views from the front porch is also very inspiring. I have spent countless moments outside having conversations, reading the paper, or just enjoying being with nature.

Look for wild life! Herds of deer are often seen roaming around the property. Some times you do see bears as well, although they usually keep to them selves unless the trash can is left out!!
