Ottima locazione

Appartamento sporco con cattivi odori provenienti dal bagno e un po' trascurato. Seconda camera e' un piccolo antro ricavato, sembra in un ripostiglio della casa, non si puo' definire camera, non c'e' aria ondizionata, le notti possono essere terribilmente calde, c'e' da dire che il management e' gentile e responsivo e ci hanno fornito un ventilatore per mitigare il caldo delle notti di scirocco, ma non e' stato sufficiente. Come scritto nel titolo, ottima locazione, in sintesi se non si e' troppo esigenti in termini di pulizia e comfort e' un 'ottimo posto, ma visto il costo non proprio a buon mercato credo che certe condizioni di base devono essere rispettate.

Super Lage, Ausstattung verbesserungswürdig

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich toll, mittendrin und trotzdem ausgesprochen ruhig. Auch der Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer ist super. Das Bad allerdings mit dem toilettendeckel, den wir erstmal befestigen mussten und der schimmelige duschvorhang war schön eine Zumutung! Gegen die Ameisen in der Küche könnte auch was getan werden.
