Its a 190m2 place, All in one floor. there are no stairs inside. it is a 3 bedroom ( 7 beds ), 1 dining room, 1 living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub).
Both the living and the dining rooms are very spacious. There is Tv satelite, DVD, internet pen drive, linen, cutlery, baby bed and chair, eletric ventilators and heaters in every room.

The kitchen is fully equiped with, fridge, eletric stove, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and others.
The rooms are fresh and face noth.

“Vila Diana” is located 200 meters from the Golf Club and the Tennis Academy is at distance of 350 meters. Also, at a short distance, you can enjoy a Diving Club and an Archeological Station as well as many more activities.

The house is one story high, with ample open space. It has a swiming pool and a barbecue. The pictures show you a comfortable decoration. Nearby, you will find various restaurants as well as Supermarkets.

In Vilamoura there is touristic transportation (train) that can bring tourists to the beaches and other interest sites.


Vilamoura, in Algarve, is the largest touristic complex in Portugal. Aside from its beautiful beaches, Vilamoura has a Marina, where you can admire some of the most beautiful yachts anchored. Great Villa

This was our 5th stay at Vila Diana and as always we had a fantastic stay. It's in a great location, nice and quiet so great for chilling out and having family BBQ's at night. uber in to the marina is only 6 euro's if you want a fantastic night out with great bars and restaurants.

Perfect break!!!

Arrived early to warm welcome from owner. House was just perfect. Had everything thing we needed. Outdoor space beautiful and very well maintained. Patio area for dining was superb. Discovered a short cut to nearest shop through laneway to right of house - on the last day. Means that a Spar that sells everything 10-15 mins walk. We had a great time!!

Family holiday in Vilamoura

We had a brilliant stay at Vila Diana celebrating my 60th birthday with my family. The villa is in a perfect location, we could walk to the nearest small supermarket and the tennis academy to play padel. It was 5 minutes drive to park near the marina for all the bars and restauarants. The gardens in the villa were lovely, you could find sun or shade whichever you preferred. The pool was great, and was cleaned twice whilst we were there. We spent a lot of time on the lovely patio area. As someone else has said, there are a few little things that could be improved with regards to the fixtures and contents but they did not distract from an amazing stay in this gorgeous villa. Thank you to Celia for being so helpful whilst we were staying.

Pouca limpeza. Havia pontas de tabaco no jardim e um cinzeiro com tabaco na estante da sala. Roupas de cama e almofadas de má qualidade. Talheres idem. SERÁ NECESSÁRIO INDICAR NO FUTURO NOS ANÚNCIOS DA PLATAFORMA SE O LOCAL É OU NÃO PARA FUMADORES. Eu não teria arrendado a propriedade se soubesse qu admitiam fumadores

Vi hade två Härliga veckor ! Många golfbanor i närheten! En på gångavstånd.Marknader varje vecka runt vilamoura.Bra service från ägare och stugvärdinnan. Shopping och bra restauranger på Marinan! Dyrt att hyra bil ( vi gjorde det )men här kan du klara dig med taxi (.Ganska billigt). Slitna stekpannor! Saknade vinglas , så vi köpte 6 stycken.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Villa Diana. The villa was in excellent condition.

We stayed at Villa Diana as we were playing golf in the area. The villa is extremely well located close to the marina and a lot of great golf courses. Raquel was very helpful with any enquiries we had and I would highly recommend staying here!

Firstly, it's a huge disappointment seeing this comment.. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the pipes at the house on the day of check-in, outside of my control, but that was sorted in a few hours. HomeAway insurance came in and the travelers spent the night at a hotel. In the morning they were already at the house. On the day of check-in, I sent a message to Adele (that is on HomeAway's record) saying I felt really bad for what happened but that hope they had a great time nevertheless. I believe I was always available and willing to help her in whatever they needed, before and after check-in (also on record). I feel this an unfair comment that doesn't reflect my behavior nor the experiences of all other travelers with us.

Einige kleine Mängel in der Ausstattung, die aber mit wenig Aufwand beseitigt werden könnten. Neben dem französischen und englischen Programmen wären auch deutsche wünschenswert. Ansonsten bietet das Haus eine gemütliche Atmosphäre für die ganze Familie und ermöglicht einen unvergesslichen Urlaub an der schönen Algarve.

Normalmente faço todos os possíveis para que em minha casa não hajam falhas para que os meus clientes se sintam confortáveis e felizes e compensados por aquilo que pagaram. Os clientes anteriores têm apreciado isso. Lamento que o cliente Filipe Alves Ribeiro tenham detectado pequenas falhas a ponto de baixar a classificação da casa. Quanto à única falha que apontou, ( de haver poucos canais em francês e alemão) nada posso fazer para melhorar essa situação uma vez que tenho o máximo de canais que uma televisão em Portugal pode ter. Cerca de 150 canais em diversas línguas. De qualquer forma não quero deixar de lhe agradecer os elogios que faz a respeito dos dias que aí passaram. Ainda bem que foram bons. Obrigada. A lovely villa in a great location

Myself, my wife and three grown up children plus my wife's sister decided to have a holiday without the childrens partnersand it was fantastic to be holidaying like the old days. We ate in all the local establishments and if I had to choose just two it would be Sailors Corner and our favourite Pirata. The villa itself was lovely and in a wonderful location. We couldn't fault it in any way.

A Lovely Villa

We stayed here in May, it has everything you need for a perfect Holiday. it has shops and bars nearby, also just a very short walk to the marina. perfect for golf, numerous courses nearby. if you walk to the marina, can totaly recommend Retinto, if you like meat, this the place to eat. Already talking about returning next year.

Casa muito agradável, bem equipada e decorada. Espaço exterior arranjado, piscina que não sendo grande, é espaçosa. O que é anunciado (incluindo as fotografias) corresponde ao que ´a casa, pelo que não se pode pedir mais. Contacto com a proprietária muito fácil e eficaz. Só não dou 5 estrelas pela localização da casa (o local é bonito e calmo, mas não fica muito perto do centro de Vilamoura. Carro impõe-se).

Muito obrigada pelos seus comentários sobre a casa. É uma casa cuidada com muito amor para que os cliente se sintam bem. Lamento os seus comentários sobre a sua localização Ela fica localizada exactamente como descrito no anúncio. Fica a cerca de 1 k da Marina ( centro) e a 2k das praias. Fica a 250m do golfo pinhal, a 400m do super mercado, da farmácia, tem alguns restaurantes perto etc. Um carro faz falta mas, não é difícil ir ao centro . O caminho é largo e plano, ladeado de Belas belas moradias e jardins. Para quem gosta um pouco de andar um pouco o passeio é muito aprazível, principalmente ao fim da tarde e à noite quando a temperatura é menos quente no verão. Devqualquer forma muito obrigada por lá tervestado neste verão. Raquel

Estadia perfeita

Adorámos a nossa semana na Vila Diana. Tudo correu super bem e a casa está equipada com TUDO. Tanto a Raquel como a Célia foram amorosas e sempre muito profissionais. A limpeza a meio da semana e o cuidado diário com a piscina surpreenderam-nos pela positiva. Voltaremos garantidamente para o ano, com a diferença que gostámos tanto que pretendemos ficar mais tempo!

Hemos estado una semana en Villa Diana. Es una propiedad muy bien equipada y bien situada en Vilamoura , muy próxima a la playa. Raquel y Celia encantadoras. Sin duda repetiremos más veces.

Raquel Cohen We spent 10 Days at Villa Diana during October 22/10 to 31/10/2014. The house is charming and very well maintained. It is as described in the pictures. . The outdoor area and pool is cosy and very clean. The rooms are large and perfect for our. The location was good and we often walked to the marina (about 20 min ) . We did not hire a car but used taxis frequently which were reasonable. We found a supermarket and cafe with internet close by and within walking distance. The housekeeper and the owner were very helpful. We spent many happy days in this house.

My stay in Vila Diana at Vilamoura, Algarve

I have enjoyed immensely my stay at Vila Diana, Vilamoura! The house is ample, sunny and very pleasant. Fully loaded, that is, kitchen well equipped and supplied with all utensils, etc . The garden is in full sun, where I was able to enjoy the swimming pool, in the event I chose it instead of the beach, which is at a close distance. I would definitely recommend this house for a pleasant vacation!
