Hébergement conforme à nos attentes. Belle résidence dans un cadre verdoyant.Juste petit bémol : heureusement que non avions une place dans un parking souterrain pour notre véhicule car se garer en surface est mission quasi impossible que ça soit dans la résidence ou dans la rue chemin de la Colle.Location à fortement recommander.

Bel appartement dans une belle résidence ,très bien situé mais appartement vétuste ,pas entretenu .

Des travaux ont été effectués dans l’appartement cette année. Remplacement de la moquette par du parquet dans les pièces de nuit couloir. Remplacement du lit dans la chambre parentale par un grand lit tout neuf. Installation de la Wifi. D’autres remplacements prévus cette année. Passages réguliers d’une femme de ménage avant l’arrivée et après le depart de chaque vacancier. Commentaires du vacancier exagérés.

Très bel appartement

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans ce très bel appartement, certes vieillot mais fonctionnel. L'emplacement est parfait et la résidence est magnifique, piscine, tennis, le tout dans un cadre très arboré et très bien entretenu. Le seul bémol est la personne qui nous a reçus car très peu d'explications (5 minutes). Quant au propriétaire, rien à dire car toujours disponible lorsqu'on le sollicite. Bref je recommande cette location pour des vacances très agréables.

A toutes fins utiles, je vous avise que j’ai prévu d’effectuer des travaux importants cet automne ; notamment réfection du revêtement de sol chambre principale + chambre enfants , couloir, installation de la WIFI, mode à niveau de l’installation électrique ? Machine à sécher le linge électrique. Cordialement

Vacances peu cher à Juan les pins

Appartement spacieux, cuisine bien équipée. La plage de Juan le Pins accessible à pied. L'immeuble et l'appartement vieillissants. Literie et linge de lit très vieux, ainsi que la moquette. A noter: l'absence de WIFI Nous n'avons pas eu l'accès au parking sous-terrain.
