We had a great time!

We stayed there one night and we had a wonderful time and pleasure of meeting Sara and her Mom. Both were very friendly and helpful. The place had an amazing view that I will remember forever. We strongly recommend this beautiful villa to everyone.

Wonderful

We had the most wonderful stay in the casa Rosa in pedona. The house was very nice and located in a lovely village. The view is awesome. The beaches are 20 mn away. The landlords are extremely nice and sweet. We will come back one day for sure and will recommend this place to relatives.

Very nice time there

The house is in a small village on a mountain. Even though the ride up there is pretty long it‘s worth it because of the great view that you have up there. The hosts are very friendly and keep the place clean during our stay. They emptied the trashes daily and help directly when there where any problems. Such friendly people. We really enjoyed our time there.

Wir haben vier Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und die Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Die Lage ist wunderbar abgeschieden – ideal für alle, die Erholung abseits vom Trubel suchen. Besonders schön fanden wir den Grillplatz mit Blick aufs Meer, auch wenn es ein Stück entfernt liegt. Die Gastgeberinnen waren ausgesprochen herzlich und stets hilfsbereit, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Einzig Mückenschutzspray hätten wir uns gewünscht – doch das gehört wohl in Italien ohnehin ins Gepäck. Das merken wir uns fürs nächste Mal.Viele Grüße Martin

Super Fijn verblijf gehad met ons gezin. Gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het huisje ligt in een kleine buurtschap boven op de berg waardoor je een geweldig uitzicht hebt over de vallei.

Indimenticabile!

È una graziosa casetta sulle colline della Versilia, molto pulita e aspetto curato.. La vista è spettacolare del mare e delle montagne, immersa nel verde. Si possono fare lunghe passeggiate, per chi ama la natura come me è il posto ideale, oltre ad essere a due passi dal mare.. E che dire di Sara e Dorotea sono fantastiche! Molto accoglienti e gentilissime! All'arrivo abbiamo trovato un po' di spesa che ci è stata molto utile per il soggiorno... Le ringrazio di cuore per la bellissima esperienza ❤️

Interessante , ruhige Ferienwohnung, ganz oben auf dem Berg.

Traumhafte Aussicht, jedoch nur vom Schlafzimmerfenster. Terrasse mit Liegestuhl wäre optimal.

Sehr sehr schön und natürlich

Hier ist sehr freundliche und hübsche Gastgeberin und sie wohnt drüben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles was wir brauchen. Besonders gute sind die Betten. Restaurant mit Pizzeria befindet sich ganz nah. Zum Strand kann man 15 Minuten fahren, nach Pisa 30 Minuten. Überall ist schöne Natur und echte Italia.

nella natura ma lontani da tutto

la casetta su due piani è ntranquilla e silenziosa, ed è immersa nella campagna toscana, Ottima la pulizia ed i contatti con l'Host. Nei giorni di gran caldo si sente la mancanza di aria condizionata, ed il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione con impianto di una doccia o quanto meno di una tenda sulla vasca presente. L'host fornisce un piccolo hub internet con segnle purtroppo scarso, ma in tutta la zona è così. Buona la matyrimoniale "padronale" meno accessoriata l'altra stanza vista mare, bagnata dal sole pomeridiano e quindi molto calda la notte. Il problema principale è la strada per arrivare alla proprietà, una stradina di montagna con molti tornanti della durata di circa mezz'ora, con tratto finale a 1 corsia. Inoltre incerto è il posto auto, su sterrato e mai lo stesso, con notevole difficoltà se -come noi- arrivati con una auto lunga e bassa al suolo.

Un lieu de vacances que nous allons recommander à mes amis ! Au calme dans un petit village typique perché sur une colline avec vue sur la mer d'un côté et sur les montagnes de l'autre. A 5 km seulement de Camaiore (par une route étroite et sinueuse, certes) et 12 km du bord de mer. Idéalement placé pour visiter la Toscane et la Ligurie. Sara est très gentille, serviable et discrète. Je la remercie encore pour ses petites attentions. Nous avons pu profiter d'un formidable séjour en Toscane.

La casa è bellissima!! La proprietaria sempre disponibile gentile!=) una persona straordinaria! È la terza volta che vado e sempre mi am trovo benissimo!! Consigliatissimo!!!sopratutto per una vacanza di relax in montagna ma nn lontani cmq dal mare o da posti da visitare!=)

Great stay in the middle ...

Great stay in the middle of Tuscany's wilderness. Very quiet and clean house with splendid service of the kind and nice owner (some food and fresh vegetables provided). Beautiful landscapes and real nature,for those who love woods and sea views. Nice beaches nearby. Unforgettable stay in Pedona!

Non è particolarmente vicino alla spiaggia e alla movida, raggiungibili comunque in 15 minuti di auto, ma vale la pena di godersi la tranquillità del luogo, particolarmente caratteristico. E'' molto attrezzata e confortevole. Da lodare la disponibilità e l''assoluta cortesia dei proprietari. "
