About this property

On the top of a hill a few kilometers from the center of Camaiore is 'Casa dell'Uva'. The house offers: 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen and a garden equipped with tables, chairs and armchairs and BBQ. The view is wonderful: in front of your eyes you will have the view over Camaiore, the other hills and up to the sea of Lido di Camaiore.

The house is 340 meters above the sea level and to get there by car there is a road of 200m of steep concrete with curves but it is not dangerous and is practicable with all cars.

The parking space is 30 meters away with a small climb on a path. This house is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

The price does NOT include the consumption of: electricity* (0.60 Euro / Kw), to be paid in cash at checkout.

From 1/06 to 30/09 the municipality applies a tourist tax of 1.50e per person (over 14 years) per day (up to a maximum of 7 days) to be paid in cash at checkout.

Charming house

The house is charming, simple and lovingly renovated in the style of a Tuscan farmhouse. You get used to the narrow last part of the road quite quickly. Jennifer was very friendly and helpful and gave us great tips for our vacation. Conclusion: If you are looking for a quiet holiday home and are not afraid to drive 10 minutes up the mountains, this is the place for you.

Superbe Séjour

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en Italie dans cette maison atypique. Le jardin est magnifique avec une vue exceptionnelle jusqu'à la mer, dépaysement total. La maison est très jolie. Notre petite fille de 20 mois s'y est épanouie car le jardin est totalement clôturé. Nous avons pu également observer des biches, sangliers et renard juste derrière la maison, nous avons adoré être au cœur de la nature.

Tolles Häuschen mit Abstrichen

Es ist ein wirklich cooles Häuschen mit einigen Vorteilen aber auch Nachteilen. Die Vorteile sind man ist abgelegen weg von Massen und da oben ist es etwas kühler. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sauber und urig, passen zu der Gegend. Mit kleinem umzäunten Garten kann man sich mit Hund entspannt zurück lehnen. Aber jetzt zu den Nachteilen, mein Partner ist 1.90 cm und muss etwas quer im Bett liegen da diese etwas kurz sind. Und leider dieser Weg , am Anfang ist es Abenteuer und dann wird es ärgerlich. Ständig schauen das man sich den Spiegel nicht abfährt da es wirklich eng ist und zwei Autos nicht immer aneinander vorbei kommen. Ich habe ein Mazda X5 in denn letzten 3 Kurven zurück setzen um rum zu kommen. So überlegt man wann man wieder los fährt und ich nicht mehr spontan! Am Abend nochmals schnell runter was unternehmen, ah neee der Weg hoch wieder! Das ist für uns ein großer Nachteil gewesen. Da man so weit oben ist hat man allerdings einen tollen Ausblick aber leider hört man das ganze Geschehen im Tal ( also alle Hunde im Dorf , gerne die ganze Nacht! ) klar man kann die Fenster schließen und die Klimaanlage an machen dann hat man seine Ruhe aber mein Partner schläft nicht mit Klimaanlage gerne und so hatte ich die ein oder andere etwas weniger erholsame Nacht mit einem Quer liegenden Mann im Bett. Alles in allem ist es trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt gewesen für eine Woche.

Rustig en knus in een boeiende omgeving

De eigenaar hielp ons met alles wat we vroegen. Toen het weer wat minder was, genoten we van het huisje. De rust bood een fantastische sfeer om te lezen. Zodra de zon zich toonde, was er de natuur rond het huis met de vele bloemen. Kruiden en vruchten. Hemels! Ook de omgeving bekoorde ons enorm: Pietrasanta, Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia, een rit door de bergen,... We hadden graag langer gebleven.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Schönes und sauberes Haus mit herrlichem Blick ins Tal und aufs Meer. Bis zur guten Spiaggia Libera in Leccione ca. 20 Minuten Fahrt. Anfahrt ist gewöhnungsbedürftig steil, wer fahren kann hat aber kein Problem. Die angegebenen 90 qm sind eher optimistisch (kein Wohnzimmer, nur eine kleine Wohnküche). Bei gutem Wetter sitzt man eh auf der sehr schönen Terrasse. Bei Regen oder Kälte fehlt der Wohnraum allerdings. Sehr nette Vermieter, die immer ansprechbar sind und ein offenes Ohr für alles haben. Preis/Leistung ist top, gerne wieder. Danke Jennifer!
